Location

This apartment is located in a complex in the tourist centre of Salou between Plaza de Europa and the beach, ideal for enjoying walks by the nearby shops, cafés and bars. Calle Zaragoza is located just 100 m away and the beach, Paseo Jaime I promenade and the Fuente Luminosa fountain are only around 150 m from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with 4 lifts and 220 apartments. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a cash machine, a playroom and a car hire service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Booked a week through Galaxy holiday avoid this company at all costs.This apartment was in the process of being renovated, noise dust terrible reception, had a self contained apartment, no toaster no kettle, no hair dryer.Reception only interested in rented everything to you, as for building work this apartment should never have been open.

    After reading all the negative reviews for this place I was a bit on edge before we arrived.... HOWEVER......On arrival we were pleasantly surprised when we got put into a 2bed apt.. It was spacious, clean, aircon worked perfect.. had a big fridge freezer for our bits.. There was renovations goin on to some of the apartments beside us.. and work started between 8-8.30.. but we were up and about anyway so didn't bother us..Beds were a little uncomfortable but wasn't the end of the world.. All in all we had a very nice comfortable stay here in Los Peces and will defo be back nxt year..

    Cold night spent on street. Lousy attitudes and no recompense.

    Arrival at night. I called ahead from Cork Airport to ensure with the Reception at Rentalmar Los Peches that we would be able to get in at night. When we arrived, there was no security guard as I'd been told; there was nobody at all. The number we had been told to call (in the window) gave no reply, though I, my partner and the taxi driver all called it for half an hour. It was a cold night and we spent it on the street with our luggage, and eventually sheltered a while in the lobby of another hotel. On complaining at the reception next morning, they gave us attitude and expected us to prove that we had called. The number was a different one from the one we had called (and it’s unlikely we all called the same wrong number.) The agency did not refund us the lost night either.Will not return to this establishment and not to any of its branches either.

    Great hotel lovely big rooms great beds a full size fridge and a washing machine good pool the location is just perfect deffo be back stayed from Sat to Tuesday for such a good price 1 thing missing a kettle but a pan did the job also everyone gets a key to make life easier

    Absolute dump! Rooms was filthy on check in, supposed to be self catering but not a thing in the room, had to pay to hire a kettle! 2euro for a towel, bathroom mouldy and falling to pieces. Cupboard doors hanging off! staff are so rude very unwelcoming and unprofessional. We booked 3 apartments and had to pay a deposit of 300euro’s for each apartment so before even starting our holiday we had to fork out 900euros luckily we had it cuz the receptionist response was we either pay or don’t stay! You get about 2 minutes of hot water in the shower then it’s freezing! Beds rock hard very uncomfortable. Please please avoid this place. It says 3 star I wouldn’t even give it a 1star They don’t clean your room your whole stay no choice of clean bedding we had to wash the bedding ourself. Absolute shambles you couldn’t make this up!! Avoid!The walls are filthy. The rooms are just mucky
