Not a four stars hotel.

Everything fine until three hours after check in. Our room was hot! When I told the front desk I was advised of repairs of the cooling system and there was no AC!!! Why we were not advised at the time of reservation, nor at the time of registration? We slept with the room window opened . All night listening to vehicles backing up, train horn/whittling, neighborhood dogs barking. TERRIBLE NIGHT. I must also state, how dated the room furniture was. Safe deposit box almost at ground level, room view, the roof of a commercial center. If you want to take a trip back to the year 2000, this is your place. The hotel is extremely dated and it's crying for refurbishment. The doors and walls are thin and you can hear everything, including people on the corridor, doors opening and closing and even your neighbour sitting on the toilet. The glass bathroom door was incredibly squeeky on the runners, you could even hear when your neighbour was opening and closing them. The walls any paint in years, stained everywhere, damaged furniture, non existent air conditioning and as a bonus we got stuck in the lift. Foul smell coming from the bathroom. No plugs by the bed to charge your phone.
