Location

The construction integrates the Roman remains of the Villa de la Burguera, and preserves them in the large garden areas of the hotel. The establishment is located only 300 metres way from Levante Beach, while PortAventura and several golf courses can be found nearby. It is the perfect hotel for families due to its excellent facilities and extensive services.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 25 junior suites, 5 suites and 400 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Guests interested in excursions can get more information at the tour desk. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage, subject to availability.     We stayed recently as a party of four and really enjoyed our holiday. The staff...reception, waiting, bar, cleaners etc were all friendly and helpful.The place is always kept very well with rooms also cleaned every day.The half board food can be a bit repetitive but there are always fresh prepared areas (omelette, pancakes etc at breakfast and meats, fish, paella etc at dinner)We swapped dinner for lunch on a few occasions as we had evening plans.The entertainment team worked hard and were always good fun.Would return no problem.

    Just gotten home after a week half board. I was really worried having read some of the reviews.....however there was no need,  we had a great stay. PostivesAll of the staff we interacted with were lovely. Rooms modern and clean, and cleaned everyday. Hotel immaculately clean. Animation team fabulous. Omlettes, eggs and pancakes made to order so nice and hot at breakfast. Pizza, pasta and salad nice in the evenings. Airer on the balcony a fab touch.NegativesSunbeds all gone by about 8.15, doesnt feel like there are enough for the size of the hotel and no where near enough parasols. So if you aren't wanting to lie in the sun all day finding shade is difficult. Would be a big improvement if some extra parasols were available that could be moved around. The food is very repetative. The hot plates that the food sits on are not hot enough to keep food hot, eggs bacon sausage etc always cold in the morning unless you are right there as they are filling it up. After realising this first day we stuck to the pancakes, omlettes, eggs, fruit and pastries etc. Same for the food placed on the hot plates at night so we mostly stuck to the food being freshly prepared. TipsBreakfast before 9.30 otherwise its crazy busy. Evening meal can be swapped to lunch if you like just let them know thats what you want to do. Would absolutely stay again but either room only or bed and breakfast.

    Well we previously stayed at Belvedere across the road for the past 2 years and thought we would give this hotel a try. The first 2 days were a little disappointing as there wasn’t much entertainment going on around the pool or in the evenings. But then Danny Crazy and a new woman, Mieria, started and wow — what can I say? The atmosphere and mood in the hotel completely changed.They got everyone involved in activities and were absolutely amazing. The rooms are a good size for a family of 4, with plenty of space, and they were cleaned daily. The food was good too — I have one picky eater, but they still managed to find something to eat every day.We also liked that we could swap our evening meal for lunch, which meant we could eat out and explore Salou in the evenings. The location is great — around a 15-minute walk to the theme park, water park, and beach.We had an amazing holiday and have already booked to return next year. A big thank you to Raul, Crazy Danny, and Mieria for making our stay so enjoyable!
