    I've stayed in at least 10+ different hotels in salou ,cap salou and cambrills now and In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at by a country mile.!This was my second visit here.and Im looking now to return soon..my advise is keep your valuables locked away in the safe,as unfortunately small amounts of money did go missing out my partners purse daily.when we reported it the fantastic reception did investigate it,but the cleaner denied it.so that was the end of it.🤔.no apology.we was told anything of value should of been put in the safe,so does that mean we have to buy our expensive clothes trainers makup jackets etc etc in the safe,if not they can take what ever they like?🤔 .im sure this was a complete one of.,and one bad egg.and it certainly hasn't put me of going back this year.The food is spectacular 10+ .The staff 10,The entertainment 10.and it's spotless through out the whole hotel .ohh and the swimming pool and bar terrace on the roof is just something a little bit special.

    Hotel is perfectly situated for everything, rooms are nice clean and comfortable. Shower amazing!. Breakfast had something for everyone, we ate out at nights so can't comment on that. Absolutely no sunbed wars, can get s bed anytime when we were there. Bit older clientele but we didn't mind that.

    For those who still like to hit the gym when on holidays I'll share my experience of this hotel and nutritional options if you're conscious of making an informed choice. Ad you can see from the pics the gym isn't great. It's adequate and you can certainly get a workout in but don't be expecting to max out on anything except lactate training. The pool is however very good and quiet off season but can imagine it would be impossible to get laps in during high season as there is no kiddies pool. Salou has calisthenics parks down on the beach though if you'd prefer to hit up some BW training instead and the Med is way warmer than the pool temps. From a nutrition standpoint there is absolutely no shortage of good clean protein sources at lunch or dinner, only breakfast options are a little limited, I should have brought my protein lemonade, will know for next time. The quality of the food and service is excellent so the slightly limited gym can be overlooked but I think they're missing a golden opportunity to upgrade it. Not a deal breaker though. Would definitely return.

    I can honestly say that this hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Salou with spacious, clean rooms, fantastic, helpful, very friendly staff and good food. I have allergies and the chef ensured my safety with certain foods and provided gluten free breads, cakes, pastries and crackers for me. The hotel is in the heart of Salou and very atmospheric especially at nighttime. I travelled with my teen and felt very safe. I wish that I’d booked for two weeks but we will definitely be back again soon. There’s a pizza restaurant straight across the road that does take away pizzas and today we tried the gluten free one, it was delicious so I recommend going sometime. There are no Uber taxis here and the local taxis are more expensive than other parts of Spain, I’d say twice as expensive but the bus is a very cheap way to get about.
