The complex has a lift and features 56 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a car hire service, a transfer service, a theatre hall and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A waterslide provides fun for all ages. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating and canoeing or, for a fee, water skiing. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym.

    We stayed during low seasons, so the pool wasn’t open. But it looked really cool and my son was sad that we couldn’t use it! The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.     The appartment was looking tired despite the recent small refurb with the most uncomfortable mattresses i've slept on for awhile. Toaster had to be held to work and the gas hobs would only light with a cig lighter - electronic ignition had failed.     We spent a week here as a family. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfy and well air-conditioned (maybe the most important thing in Salou in July!). It's in a great location in the 'Old Town', simple to find and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. A Mercadona supermarket is within 10 minutes, and the beach can be reached in the same time. The kids adored the pool and there were more than enough loungers. Very happy to recommend.     We only stayed overnight, but the area is lovely and location is nice with shops nearby in Salou.The stuff were very helpful and kind, they recommended very good place to eat Paella :)The room was very clean, comfy, very good value for money, I would recommend and would go back again if I travel again to Salou.
