Bedbugs , dirty , not cleaned and a broken shower.

If you want bedbugs and a dirty hotel: You should try this place out. Firstly, the rooms were filthy. I found a plaster in the kettle (??) , the toilet was scratched and had been stripped of paint. And of course. Bed bugs!! 3/4 of the family members unlucky enough to suffer through this hell hotel, took bedbug bites home with them as-well as their luggage. One last thing: when one family member was showering on the first night , The shower head decided to come plummeting down on their head. Considering this is a safety hazard is bad enough. But no, other people had complained about this as-well. Shame on this hotel. There is nothing good I can say except it was a quiet place, probably considering the terrible weather (not the hotels fault) and the fact that it was off peak season. So I’m just going to leave this bedbug and cleanliness complain here. Please don’t stay in this hotel, I’m sure there are much better places nearby where you don’t have to catch bedbugs , drink a cup of tea with kettle water infused with used bandaids , and have a shower head fall on you.

Perfect beach holiday

Just returned from a 7 day stay in a two bed apartment which was clean and spacious with all the facilities for a self catering beach holiday . The beach was amazing where we spent everyday lazing on the comfy sunbeds in front of Beatrix restaurant. We enjoyed the Sunset beach bar where we had amazing food and drinks, this place had a laid back vibe and staff very friendly. We ate at Beatrix one evening which is a must . Buses here are great to hop on to visit the Port in Cambrills for bars , resturants and shopping . We went to the market in Cambrills on a Wednesday morning would not recommend this . The hotel itself was clean and plenty of sunbeds all times of the day . Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our holiday to Pins Platja.The location was ideal if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of Salou. You can visit Salou or Cambrils by walking, taxi, bus or bike. Lots of restaurants nearby. Right opposite the beach. Beach shop and supermarket very close by.There was a friendly and calm atmosphere around the place. People were mostly considerate of others. It felt clean, tidy and well kept.We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was adequately sized. 1 double room, 1 twin room, bathroom and pullout sofa bed. Kitchen contained everything you could need. Dining table inside and another table on the balcony.Towels changed every 3 days, bedding changed every 7 days.Staff were friendly around the place, especially the lifeguard and restaurant staff. Staff were available in reception and on WhatsApp. The pool was a good size and relatively clean (a little sand at the bottom!) Sun beds were available most of the time. Would have liked more sun umbrellas for shade.A highlight was a foam party every Wednesday at 4pm and inflatable pool obstacle course 11am-1pm on Saturday at no extra cost - thank you.Only negatives for us was that the water went off 3 times in our block meaning we could not shower or use the toilet and staff advised to use the pool showers! One other issue was that when the sheets were changed we were given dirty ones. This was rectified immediately.All in all, a great time had by us. Would return one day!
