  Some bits were good…but others weren’t 😬

  It was okay The beds were good,the restaurant was pretty bad,some staff were nice while others like the manager and lifeguards were mean to kids,the pool was good(it was deep)During our visit the manager and lifeguards took a 4yr old out of the pool ,threatened to kick the parents out of the hotel and made them apologise because the child had a float to keep her safe

  Let's start with the good: Location is great. That's it!The bad: Food was mediocre at best, restaurant was crammed. No space between each table to move around. Rooms very basic and not very clean. This is supposed to be a 4* hotel, probably once upon a time but that has long gone.The ugly: Pool is ridiculous, but pales in significance to the sunbeds. By 9am there is a queue from reception for the rush, then you never see the people for the rest of the day, unfortunately this is caused by the British contingent so can't moan about anyone else. I did raise this with the hotel staff, but there was nothing they could do. We never once used the pools as there was no room and instead used the beach.Very noisy at night along the corridors, mainly caused by young children long passed their bedtime but as long as the parents had a good evening then that's all they care about.f you fancy a half board or all inclusive hotel, don't mind that you're never getting near the pool, no sleep and not very good food then this hotel would be ideal! Fortunately for me, I managed to get out after 3 nights (of the 7 we were meant to be there for) and moved to a much better hotel, all thanks to the manager, who understood our concerns and we weren't the first to complain.

  Hygiene issues no formal bar policy have to ask everytime

  Rooms are great sizes.Biggest concern is hygiene, you are given your own cup which you have to keep with you all the time and take back to your room. You have go to the bar to get refills of drinks, you actively have to tell the staff to wash out the cup or give you a new one, every time. If you do not they just refill with the drink you have asked for. What happened to us is we had cocktails in the evening took the cups back to the bar the next day and asked for Fanta and the staff did not wash them out or provide new cups. I thought they would at least automatically rise them out. But they don’t seem to have a hygiene policy to wash cups out. So I wanted to provide feedback to the manager. I was told they would come and meet me in 5 mins. I waited 15mins and no one arrived. The complaints form is not in English and therefore I couldn’t even give feedback on that. The reception staff when explaining my concerns said that is it your cup but the hotel do not provide anything in the room to wash the cups out and clean then properly. The food is not great. We have decided to eat out every night which is costing us more as we are all inclusive. This does not feel like a 4 star hotel I would not come back here and I would not recommend it to anyone.

  Currently here and as I write this from the balcony at 1.35am, the bins are been collected. This is the second night since we arrived that bins are collected and the noise is terrible at night.Check in was risiculous. We arrived late and only one member of staff on reception. Over an hour to check in.The queue for drink at the pool bar and main bar is ridiculous. Two staff on and at least a 15 minute wait.No way a 4 star. Avoid

  We are on Day 3 out of 10. Rooms great, very clean. Not experienced any long queues as we prefer to get out and about in the day and sunbathe later. Breakfast great, lunch great, not tried dinner yet. Typical Mediterranean food NOT full English, fish and chips or pie and chips - go somewhere else if that’s what you want.All staff helpful and efficient.We did a cruise last year and wasn’t expecting that level of quality from this hotel.Far better than all inclusive offers in Icmeler. Not disappointed and nothing to complain about.
