    Cheap, clean, friendly with large pool

    The apartment complex has a reception with limited hours, but very friendly and helpful with good English.Apartments are clean, fresh and well appointed. Two bedroom apartments are large with shower/bath, good kitchen but limited pans and no kettle (extra cost).Pool is large with plenty of comfortable sun beds. No lifeguard, and no toilets so have to go to your room.Overall good value for money. My only complaint was no grab handle in the shower.

    Seriously DO NOT BOOK HERE no reception,you have to travel back to salou for keys which is not good when you,ve been traveling most of the day and arrive in the dark.The room was reasonably clean,we were so disappointed with the whole set up that we left and booked ourselves into salou pacific (so paid twice for our accomodation) to rescue the rest of our holiday. Im not a pickey person but the service is non existant.Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else

    Pins Marina Apartment are dated this would be acceptable but unfortunately they are not clean, the bathroom had black mildew on the white tiles, the covers on the couch in the living room were all stained, there was dust under the beds and the toilet smelled of pea ... the first thing we did was go to the supermarket and buy disinfectant and cleaning products but it didn’t make much of a difference We complained via email and phone to alpha rooms who told us to go to Rentalar who love ok after the property The man on reception was helpful and asked me to send photos he did get a cleaner in there and that did help a little Remember also that pets are allowed in these apartments, one morning a guest had left their dog poo on the stairs to our apartment, it didn’t get cleaned for one day ... great location for the beach and local bus but all the bathrooms and furnishings need to be changed or steam cleaned Unfortunately the state of the apartment ruined our holiday

    I booked 5 nights hereas the price was reasonable and as I was travelling alone for some peace and quiet I didn't want to be in hotel.Once booked I then started to read the reviews on here and I was horrified at what I read and the prospect of where I was heading to filled me with dread, I was worrying so much I made myself ill when I found out the morning of my holiday that as I was arriving at 9pm the reception was closed and I would have to take a taxi to Salou to collect my key from there, I rang my travel agent who spoke with the owner and it was arranged for my key to be left in a safety deposit box outside the apartments... All good but still worrying about what I was going to find when I turned the key going off the reviews I'd read..... I actually thought I was in the wrong place when I opened the door, IT WAS LOVELY!!! very spacious lounge/diner, balcony with table and chairs, decent size bathroom, good size bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe, well equipped kitchen (the only downfall there was no cooker) only a hob and microwave but I got by and ate my mail meal locally in the many bars, restaurants.... I mostly te at Molly Malones a few mins walk away.The bedding and towels were immaculate, crisp and clean with plenty of replacements left on the table for me. The apartments had a lift which was vital for me having bad knees. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds at any time of day, lovely clean pool and sunbeds etc. I found the complete opposite of what I had read and I'm quite a fussy person when it comes to cleanliness but can honestly say it was spot on, so much so I've booked up for next year already. I needn't have worried as I had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

    We came here for a holiday in October, we landed in full on storm, early hours of morning, when we got here we could not get in! They fail to tell you nobody is there/covering reception there is just a note to ring a number, so stood outside rain pouring, lightning child with special needs and our phone wouldn’t work so couldn’t ring the number, fast forward a few hours 4oclock in the morning I had to flag down somebody to use there phone to get codes and get in! Absolutely ridiculous they should make you aware of this!! So finally in its basic, holes in wall, they don’t change your towels or bedding at all! The only good thing is it’s close to the beach and restaurants, wouldn’t stay here again, oh also they surprise you with you have to pay 150euros deposit as well.
