The complex offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wellness area with a spa is available at the apartment complex. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including a dance club and a nightclub.

    Great central location and feels like an efficiently run hotel. Beds comfortable, a decent-sized bathroom, good wifi and quiet. Easy movement between the buildings, across a bridge and all worked well.If you decide on breakfast - check the price first. We found it eye-wateringly expensive!!

    What a nice hotel

    We stayed at Hotel Townhouse Stadt Hamburg in Wismar from 15 - 16 Oktober 2024, and from the very moment we opened the door, we felt welcome by the kind and professionel staff. The hotel is modern and airy, the rooms are nice and clean, and there is a very cosy library. The breakfast was very good. On top of that the hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful city centre of Wismar surrounded by charming old buildings. I warmly recommend this hotel.

    Unlucky experience in a fancy hotel

    The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, at one of the side of the magnificent piazza in the centre of Wismar. It is definitely a designer hotel: very stilish, with interesting, meaningful details e.g. a perfectly equipped gym (really much better than most of the international luxury chains you would find in London or New York) or the most incredible bicycle room I’ve ever seen (I was there with friends during a tour of the Baltic by bike and I was definitely impressed). In a few words, it could have been a hotel to rate quite highly, but unfortunately my partner and I have been particularly unlucky as we have been assigned a VERY - and I mean very - small room: to give an idea of how small the room was, there was no table on one side of the bed, no light, not even a socket to recharge one’s phone. All in all my advise is: use this beautiful hotel, it is worth it, but make sure they don’t make you stay in a room that would accommodate one guest when you are two. Of course my rating will not be higher than 3 out of 5, as this is not the way you do business, especially if you manage a beautiful hotel.

    A very nice hotel right by the main square. Excellent room with comfortable beds. Coffee machine and free beer and crisps in the fridge. Car parking in the same house is convenient. Nice looking bar and restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Wismar.

    The staff was friendly at the reception and the breakfast restaurant. The gym was big and all basic weight training was available. The breakfast was good and guests could pick additional items from the menu beside the buffet section. A highly recommended hotel.
