  When we arrived at the room there was holes in the door, stains all over the floor and the bathroom. No toilet paper provided during your stay! Towels the size of a tea towel that you’re expected to dry yourself with! After the first night in the hotel myself and my partner woke up covered in bites which I can only assume was from the dirty bed linen! No one came into our room all week to clean it or give fresh towels or toilet paper! I can only thank god that we didn’t have the kids with us because we would have left and booked a different hotel! Not allowed to leave a single piece of rubbish in the room had to bring all the bags down to street bins! Would never stay here again and would advise anyone who is looking at this hotel to book another one because any hotel would be better then this one!

  The location is perfect, close to beach, shops, restaurants if you are "room only" there's a cafe that serves absolutely everything from pie,chips,full english breakfasts, hot curries to die for, roast dinners, etc a few doors up from hotel called Richards Tavern. This hotel was clean, comfortable beds, staff so friendly and hard working, helpful. Laundry on premises if you need it. You can hire mobility scooters at just 20€ deposit and 85€ for week when you check in on arrival directly through the hotel. Bring your own towels or hire. No kettle but we bought a folding one from amazon to take with us. We were self catering and had microwave and hobs,plates,cups,cutlery etc. Supermarket across road and a few doors up next to Richards for water, snacks,beers whatever. I am disabled so requested a walk in shower rather than shower over a bath which was perfect. Room 105. Lifts to all floors and ramp at the side of hotel if entering through "Beer Garden" to get into hotel to avoid the steps if mobility issues. Pool area secure,safe and clean. It rained when we went and flooded all over Salou, the bar area was flooded but the staff got straight on the job as the power went off and stopped service but re-opened again 2 hours later as if nothing happened. Buy extra toilet rolls if you are self catering as they give you one and 4 small towels but leave you extra bedding to change if you need it. Mop and bucket/ dustpan&brush in apartments for light cleaning. Massive balcony. Free WiFi. Love it! 2nd time staying here and will be back. Deposit was refunded by the following day after checkout. No problem at all.

  2-Star Stay – Sol Pacific ApartmentsUnfortunately, our stay at Sol Pacific Apartments was very disappointing. Although we understood that this was a 2-star, self-catering accommodation, we still expected the basic essentials to be provided and the apartment to be properly maintained.There was no toilet paper available anywhere in the hotel, and the toilet door in our apartment had a broken hinge, which really should have been repaired before guests arrived.As it was self-catering, we expected basic facilities to make a cup of tea, but we were told we had to hire the equipment. also they charged 50 cents for a single ice cube, which seemed excessive and left a very poor impression.6 euro for wings which were cold in the middle, and when returned no offer of money to be returned, but we were offered 2 cocktails There were three adults staying in the apartment, yet only four hand towels were supplied, and these were only replaced once every seven days. We did receive three bath towels, but normally there was a €2 charge per towel, 2 again if we wanted clean ones, which added further expense.Overall, the accommodation felt much more like a hostel than a self-catering apartment. We appreciate that this is budget accommodation, but being budget-friendly shouldn't mean having to pay extra for such basic things or having to put up with maintenance issues.there were 3 of us 3 x holiday taxes 11.58 eah we paid and I paid it 4 times twice by revolut which I could revert back to my account and twice on my bank card , I was made to feel it was my plunder not there's. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

  Salou is a beautiful place , these apartments not so much !

  Great location, but severely lacking in comfort and serviceRating: 2/5 Stars * The Good: The location was a major highlight—just a pleasant 15-minute walk to a stunning main beach. To be fair, the €200 damage deposit was also refunded promptly the day after check-out. * The Bad: Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The property completely lacked atmosphere, starting with our arrival at 4:00 AM. There was no staff in sight, and we had to physically knock on the office door to wake up the receptionist sleeping in the back. * Additional Fees: At check-in, we were required to pay the €200 damage deposit alongside a €27 tourist tax.Room & Cleanliness IssuesThe rooms were very basic and fell short on cleanliness. We found stains on the pillowcases, and only light sheets were provided with no blankets, making the nights a bit chilly. Tip: Make sure to pack your own bath towels, as only small hand towels are provided, and you will have to pay extra for proper ones.Maintenance & Noise ProblemsThe entire apartment is in desperate need of a full refurbishment: * Wear and Tear: Tired, broken tiles and scuff marks were visible throughout. * Plumbing Noise: The plumbing is a major issue. Whenever a nearby apartment ran their taps, it triggered a loud, disruptive gurgling sound that lasted for hours. * Appliances: The refrigerator was also uncomfortably loud.FacilitiesThe pool area matched the rest of the property: it was filthy, featured broken tiles, and completely lacked any welcoming atmosphere or entertainment.Overall, while the walk to the beach was lovely, the poor service, cleanliness issues, and constant noise mean we won't be returning.As for value , it is budget accommodation so if it’s just a place to sleep and you’re not bothered about comfort or luxury then it’s adequate.

  The video is how i left the room!!! We arrived here with super low expectation after all the reviews. We arrived at the hotel the check in was alittle bit slow due to alot of people wanting things but the man was so friendly i had a couple of questions to ask from what i seen online ... first yes you have to pay €200 deposit but you get it back if there is no damage, bin are emptied and a dishes are clean before you leave.... You get 1 roll of toilet paper and 4 small hand towels... I seen online no bikinis, that is a lie they are allowed by the pool but not in reception and restaurant same with men having to wear their tops. Room is bog standard but its what you pay for.....Food is nice cant complain small choice but there is a choice. Entertainment and restaurant is shared with the neighbouring hotel but it is good for the children..... usual holiday entertainment karaoke, bingo all that jazz.... swimming pool is nice you get a code to go into the gate if you are all the boards except self catering.... if your friendly to staff they are friendly to you.... there is washing machines and dryer €5 each which isnt bad.... honestly we have no complaints because we only stayed for 3 nights but can understand some peoples complaints.... it is patched up work on floors or walls but it is manageable. Location was great loads of food, bars and shops.... beach was 5 minute walk.
