    Rooms really big no kettle but not a major issue to me beds comfy good base for what we needed staff very nice and helpful ! Pools good kids enjoyed lodes to do around very close to main centre… only issue we had was the other guests screaming and banging at 2-3am in morning not ideal when you have little ones with you so not the best of sleep 🫠

    Myself and my partner stayed for 10 days and we had a great time. The rooms are comfortable and it was more than what we expected due to the price we paid and previous reviews. Only issue was the pool does get extremely busy and people will leave towels and go out for the day so we couldn’t get around the pool as much as we’d like to. You have everything you need around the area Would 100% stay again!

    I want to start by saying I fully understand the principle of "you get what you pay for" — but some things are simply unacceptable regardless of price.We arrived on Monday and checked out Thursday, greeted immediately by a €200 security deposit (fine, I get it), but also by disgustingly rude staff who set the tone for the entire stay.Where do I even begin:🧻 One roll of toilet paper for a 4-day stay for multiple people. Unbelievable.🛏️ The beds were absolutely awful — uncomfortable, cheap, and not fit for a proper night's sleep.⚡ We lost electricity on our entire floor for several hours. No apology, no urgency from staff.🚨 The sofa bed was broken — a sharp metal bracket was fully exposed. With children under 6 sleeping on it, this was a genuine safety hazard and completely unacceptable.🏗️ Building work from the hotel opposite continued until 11:30pm — forklifts, banging, the works. It felt less like a holiday and more like a prison sentence.🍳 The breakfast buffet? Advertised but NOT open in the middle of May. False advertising, plain and simple.🧹 In 3 nights, our room was not cleaned once. Not once.This is genuinely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rudeness of the staff alone would be enough to put me off, but combined with the safety hazards, broken facilities, noise, and complete lack of basic service — I would strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere that actually respects its guests.

    This hotel is exactly what you can expect for the low price you pay. No frills - you have to hire bath towels and buy loo roll. We knew about the €200 deposit before travelling as it is clearly stated when booking via love holidays. This was returned to us within 12hrs after checking out.The transfer coach does drop you off quite a walk away- please note it is an uphill walk so not really good if you have mobility issues.The cost of the hotel obviously attracts a rowdier (not necessarily younger) guest so they charge this to protect themselves against damages.Our room was clean and comfortable - please note, kettles, toasters and hair dryers are not provided. You have to remove all rubbish and make sure you clean when you leave - cleaning packs can be purchased for €2.The pool area looked quite nice although we didn’t spend any time there.The reception staff were really friendly and helpful especially after we encountered an issue that wasn’t hotel related.We would return

    Absolute joke of a hotel, cant check in till 5pm , 200 euro deposit for breakages, wouldnt take english money as a deposit si put it on a card which will not be refunded for 7 days after departure.. no cleaners for rooms so you have make beds up with new bedding ready for next guests . No bakinis allowed at the pool.
