Travelled here end of September, had read the reviews, some saying very good others saying awful. Unfortunately the awful reviews were right. Fights, unruly behaviour the norm, kids unsupervised, left to run wild. No reserving sunbeds, nobody bothered with signs and reserved them anyway, one group didn't bother getting up early to reserve them, they just left them out overnight, some folks felt it was O.K to smoke in the no smoking area even when children were around, entertainment team did work hard but bar could be full to capacity so couldn't get a seat. Food discarded in the bar and pool areas with staff walking past and making no effort to lift it. We did experience thunderstorms and very heavy rain but never mind staff did put out buckets in various places to catch the rain. On the plus side our air con did work and our cleaner did a reasonable job. NEVER AGAIN

Approximately 15mins walk to the harbour grat atmosphere great staff so helpful and friendly rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed a great value for the price anything that goes wrong is dealt with promptly but truthfully never seen anything major I stayed with my granddaughters for 1 week I would definitely recommend it

This hotel is lovely for what you pay for. pool area is nice, snacks, drinks and food are nice and a good selection of it. Entertainment team are amazing and always try their best. Room is ok, clean and everything you need in it thats all that matters.People on the other hand spoils it, there was one woman there that literally went out of her way to have an argument with someone. The guests are the problem.Staff are lovely. Eddie is an amazing man. He really does try his best through out the day and night. He remembered me, my hubby and little boys name just once after meeting us. He truly is a star.

Great family friendly hotel located in Salou, Spain, The beach and main strip is about a 15 minute walk. The staff are absolutely brilliant so friendly bringing a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are cleaned every day bedding changed every other day fresh towels every day, The rooms are quite small but quite spacious with a small balcony, Bathroom has a bath/shower & toilet the sink is just outside the bathroom. Food is great with a variety of dishes at every meal,if find that food is not hot a mircowave is available at all times. The snack bar has a good variety of food throughout the day with burgers hot dogs chips nuggets fish fingers plus little pot of ice cream. There are 2 pools and a rooftop terrace(adults only) with 2 jacuzzi. Entertainment is brilliant the staff work very hard to keep kids and adults entertained. Every morning from 10.30am games activities start,there are varies games for young and old to had and great fun. At night there is a mini disco for the kids bingo for the adults then a quiz for all followed by a show. All entertainment finishes around 11pm bar closes at 11.30pm,Noise level can be high but usally dies down by 12am. Overall this 3 star all inclusive hotel is great value for money. A must is the Monday market it has so many stalls selling everything from clothes to shoes/trainers ,bags,towels,gifts to take home,food, the list is endless but worth a visit.
