Brilliant stay and well worth it.

This hotel is great for location, staff are very friendly and speak English well enough to help out. Pool is kept amazingly clean, rooms are what you would expect from an apartment, cleaned daily with fresh towls and bed linen. Breakfast and dinner included was great even though a little bit busy at times. Overall I would definitely come back again. Thank you for our stay it was amazing. Brilliant value for money! The beach is only 100m away and has lifeguards on duty.

Firstly this is an honest review from a travel agent travelling with my own family. The hotel is situated next to the beach which is convenient apart from that you need to get a bus into Cambrils or Salou. That is the only positive.The hotel does not cater for English at all. All the signs are in Spanish, the food labels are Spanish making it difficult to select food. There is limited choices so no dietary requirements or allergies catered for. All week there has been towels on sunbeds from Spanish families yet as soon as an English family, and not just my own, put a towel down they are removed and you get an angry confrontation in front of upset children! You are not allowed anything in the pool unless you are Spanish, then you can throw balls and push people in on top of other people. The rooms are very dated, one room the fridge didn’t work, another the toilet kept breaking, 3 rooms has ant infestations and we had to go and get spray. Nothing resolved with staff as none speak English and rely on google translate. The entertainment, if you can call it that, lasts one hour. One night there were 3 dancers just dancing to pop music, one night was neon night were they gave out limited glow sticks and just played music through a speaker and one night was just dance, where they just stick the game on a tv screen and that was it. Would I return… not at all, would I recommend.. definitely not

We come Here since 12 years and it Always is amazing. The people around Here, especially the ones working in the kitchen and at the bar, are so nice! Its a great Hotel for families because they have a Lot of Program.

This hotel was booked as a group booking so it’s not one we would have usually chosen. But I absolutely loved it! All the staff were extremely friendly. Especially the ladies at the pool bar. They worked hard and always happy and welcoming. The bedrooms were clean and the buffet (we were full board) had plenty of options and variety. However we did eat out on a couple of occasions as we did need something other than a buffet. There were bikes to hire at 6 euros for 2 hours. A great cycle track outside. Paddle court across the road. Amazing beach and beautiful walks. Lovely quiet location and felt very safe. Travelled with loads of kids and they loved the pool and beach. The hotel did put on evening entertainment, which was not needed and wasn’t great! To improve I would suggest cut fruit at breakfast not just whole fruit. Better tea bags. Cups and kettle in bedrooms. Free safe hire in the room. Was a bit surprised this was an extra. The drinks prices were cheap, but it would have been great to have a cocktail menu. We had a brilliant time at Voramar Hotel, especially in Block C, which had a great atmosphere and was so much fun.
