  The hotel is well situated if arriving on public transport with the bus stop to the historic centre outside the hotel – because the hotel is at the base of the historic centre. Reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable and with a view of the aqueduct. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and quality products. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity, including the well-known Meson Candido just on the other side of the aqueduct. An enjoyable stay - thank you!

  Fantastic location with our room overlooking the Acueducto with jaw dropping views, the staff at this hotel are lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us, we were unhappy with room 410 as all you could hear was the lift so we moved to 217 and it was a much quieter situation. The only negative we had was the rooms looked very tired and ready for renovation but they were clean and in good order, the on-site parking was a real bonus and the location was brilliant.

  No frills, dated hotel …but so many positives! Would definitely stay there again! Excellent location literally at the Acueduct (we even had a great view of it from our room and many rooms must have a great view!), very clean, large comfortable bed, easy parking under hotel with elevator access to lobby and directly to floors with rooms. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Easy walk to the castle and all the walking streets with shops and restaurants.

  Excellent location & close to everything like Plaza Mayor. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was ok but a bit below expectations. I expected a higher level of breakfast for a 4-star hotel. Also no coffee & tea arrangement in room, that was surprising as well.

  If you want a hotel near the famous Roman Aquaduct, in Segovia, it is literally a few hundred yards away from this hotel. Many rooms have a great view as well. Check in was friendly and accommodating, they rushed to prepare our room and upgraded us to one with a super few of the roman structure. Room itself was clean and comfy with double pane windows that did an amazing job of shutting out the noise from the plaza below in front. There is underground parking in front as well which we did not use. Note in order to get up to the old town area, you must walk up stairs and hills, takes about 5 minutes, no problem if you are in reasonable shape but if you are walking challenged for some reason it could be an issue on foot anyway. Can surely recommend this place for a good hotel experience in Segovia.
