The location is great for seeing the town. You are on the doorstep of all of it and we had a good view from our room of the viaduct. It is near the bustops but this is not a problem and the triple glazing meant no noise in the room at night. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk (also a Burger King and McDonalds should you want).Parking - is very close. I did send an email to the hotel to enquire how it works but got no reply. You park in the public car park right outside the hotel and then the hotel give you a discount card, one for each night you stay. Take the card you got when you enter, present it at the payment station, then present your discount card. Then you will be allowed out. Welcome was efficient and friendly. The room is VERY tired. Our room faced the main road so we had a good view of Segovia. Bed, we asked for twin but got a double, too tired to bother changing rooms. The bed was firm, which we like but pillows were bolster style, which is not good for sharing. Luckily there was a spare in the cupboard so we could have one each. Fridge in the room which was useful. The decoration in the bedroom is dated and shabby but it is the bathroom which is from about 1950s and really needs to be updated. Shower over bath not very good and took a while for the water to come through but it functioned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall (not a place for a honeymoon I would suggest). There is no rooftop bar which was one of the attractions but there was plenty to do elsewhere. There is no safe in the room and the air conditioning is so loud you can't really have it on and try to sleep. Overall if you want just a stop on travels this is OK but for no more than one night.

Great location but overpriced

This hotel is perfectly located for visiting Segovia. The views of the aqueduct are wonderful. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovation. In addition to the shabby decor in our room, the bathroom was in a very bad state. Also, it is very expensive to park so best not to come by car. We would normally be quite happy with such a hotel but the price was too high for the standard offered. We have paid much less in many other places in Spain for much better quality.

Convenient location particularly with a car

We wanted to stay at a place with convenient parking for our rental car. This was it! The underground parking garage was right next to the hotel. If you ask at the hotel, they will give you a voucher which saves you a few euros. We had a view of the acqueduct and it was a pleasant walk to the old town, church and castle. The rooms were small and simple, but clean and the ac worked great! We were able to walk down the street a couple of blocks for a great breakfast for 4€, so we didn't get the hotel breakfast. This hotel fit our requirements perfectly - price, location and parking.

With a location like this it could be an amazing hotel. It’s clean it’s Cosy that’s where the good points end. The walls are paper thin. I can hear every word of the families at each side of us. The rooms and hotel are very very dated. There is no view and the window we cannot see through. Presumably because of the view. It’s very very noisy at all hours. Seriously I’ve never known such thin walls in any hotel in my life. The mattresses and beds are very dated.

Good Valu and great location

Stayed here as part of a coach trip. This is a 3* hotel which serves a good continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy but without a safe or fridge. The toilet in our room was separate to the bathroom and on the opposite side of the room which was strange as you had to cross the room to wash your hands. The roof terrace was open on two of the nights that we stayed but the staff were not very interested in serving you and the drinks were very expensive. You had a beautiful view of the alluminated acquaduct from the terrace and more could have been made of this area. The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the town and with plenty of restaurants around you with most evening meals start around 20 Euros
