  Nice hotel, great swimming pool but doesn't open until 12.00

  Fabulous swimming pool and pool area but it doesn't open until 12.00! I thought you would be able to sit in the lawn area until the pool opened but there is also no access until midday. Good-size room and bathroom. Just a bit suprised by the tiny TV! I certainly don't need a giant TV in a hotel room but this one was very small.Great team at the pool, in the bar and restaurant and on the front desk.Location is away from the bustle of the centre but just a short bus ride to get there (30 min walk). There are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants close by. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on site.Overall, a very nice hotel with a great pool.

  I have to agreed after reading the reviews that this Hotel is 3 stars for sure, maybe for Segovia 4 stars. Rooms are ok, poor breakfast and the worst is the service. It is a big Hotel not that far from Segovia but you definitely can get a better Hotel in Segovia city.

  Room clean and comfortable, maids and front of desk staff helpful and friendly. Stayed here as a base for a local wedding. Breakfast very disappointing, poor choice and an unwelcoming dining room, don’t bother going. Otherwise a reasonably good hotel.

  Second time stay here and even better

  Second visit here for overnight stay whilst travelling to the ferry at Santander. Again, room was large and clean. Arrived in time to spend time at pool which although busy in the shaded areas had plenty of space in the sun. Pool itself was quiet. Safe parking for our car and trailer. Discovered the hotel has a games room with pool table, football tables and ping pong. Nice end to the night with the family. Got a taxi to the Alcazar which was approx 9 euros. Alcazar and Cathedral were stunning. Walked back to Aqueduct area which is about ten minutes and got a taxi back to hotel from there. Good quiet hotel with comfortable beds and rooms and pleasant staff.

  We booked this hotel 24 hrs before arriving on a long weekend. There was little choice and we were looking for a place with parking and they have plenty of that. The Hotel is supposed to be 2 kms from Segovia but is more like 4. Its outlook is of some sort of quarry and factories. The public spaces are bleak. The pool was not in service, at least appeared not to be maintained. The room was ok but bland. The breakfast was utterly uninspired in a depressing room. All this for 155 euros!
