A Wonderful Stay with Room for Improvement in the Restaurant.We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel San Antonio Real. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotless, which made our stay truly relaxing.A special thank you to Carmen at reception, who assisted us wonderfully. The service at the front desk was excellent, warm, and professional.Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the suckling pig for dinner (Cochinillo De Segovia) … ! (€30), but it was served mostly as bare ribs with almost no meat, very hard and difficult to eat. When I mentioned that there was hardly any meat, the response I received was not very helpful, and no alternative or adjustment was offered. Breakfast was also below expectations, with very dry bread and overcooked eggs.Overall, the hotel itself deserves five stars for comfort and service, but the restaurant experience did not meet the same standard. I hope this feedback helps improve what could otherwise be a perfect stay.

We truly appreciate your comments and will take them into account to continue improving.Regarding the suckling pig, we would like to clarify that it comes from a young, small animal —not an adult pig— and therefore certain parts, such as the ribs, are especially flavorful but naturally contain less meat. Good location to visit the aqueduct only ten minute walk from hotel.Ample toiletries in bathroom and a well stocked minibar which is not included in the room price.Reception was very good and helped us with a request for a shower chair for disabled person.Breakfast was ok with hot and cold buffetOn the down side, No tea or coffee facilities in room.Access for disabled person not great, The bar seating area was on two levels and there was no toilet facilities in the outside dining area.Greasy stains on cushion

Wonderful atmospheric and cozy authentic hotel set in an old monastery. The cloisters are wonderful and the hotel is so much better than the pictures! The staff are fantastic - so welcoming and friendly. The room (cloister room) was big spacious and great shower and enormous bed. About a 15’ flat beautiful walk along the aqueduct into the centre of Segovia- which is a beautiful town. Fab stay

We were booked for 3 nights in San Antonio.The first night they gave us such a small room that you could wash your hands while sitting on the toilet. Yhe room was not sound proof at all with no solid walls...we had a terrible night with ery little sleep.The room had no view and were facing directly into another window opposite the building about 4m awayThe next day after we complaint they gave us a bigger more spacious room with a view...!! But still the shower has no place to put down your soap or shampo. Very limited space next to the basin.(All over impression: windows need to be spotless to rate 4 stars)The breakfast were excellent and staff service good. But the evening restaurant dining expensive. It was easy to down load your luggage and parking good.Nielu from South Africa

We really enjoyed this hotel. Unloading the car and then parking was super easy. The staff was really friendly. It was very cold in Segovia when we visited so the hotel and the room was nice and toasty warm. I liked the interior of the hotel; lots of charm, pretty courtyard. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious enough and had ample space to place all the toiletries. The shower had great water pressure and the water got nice and hot. The location of the hotel was pretty good. It wasn't in the center of it all but the walk along the start of the acueduct was really nice and went quickly. I would say that the only downside for us was the breakfast buffet wasn't so great.
