    Disappointing - Platinum upgrade to " Deluxe" room; room was typical hotel size. No view. Bathroom has a bidet. Metal TP holder mounted such that TP roll ends up on the floor. Nice breakfast buffet; however, Platinum members can don't have free breakfast. Instead, have a €10 per day credit towards the €26 breakfast charge! Unacceptable!Dinner & room service menus typical for a hotel.Strange pool with ladder entrance several loungers. Exercise room has very limited machines.

    Great hotel a bit outside of downtown Sevilla

    Location is a bit outside of downtown but as long as you don’t mind a bit of a walk, great hotel!! Beds were comfortable, huge rooms, and amazing showers. Parking was convenient but so tight - especially if you’re a North American driver used to our parking decks! Would stay here again for sure!

    Lovely hotel with nice decor.Very attentive reception staff upon arrival (Pedro). We were given an upgrade due to our titanium elite status. The room was really nice, very clean, spacious and quiet, we had a good nights sleep.We had pre dinner drinks in the lounge and the bar staff was nice too, drinks are a little overpriced but we didn’t mind. Breakfast was very good with ample choice of hot and cold food .A decent walk from Plaza de Espana and to local tapas bars / restaurants. The only negative is there is nowhere to unload when arriving by car. Other than this no complaints at all. Would stay again.

    Okay experience, but we were overcharged for breakfast at the hotel

    A decent hotel, a little outside of the city center but walkable enough. We had a problem with billing. Attendant at check in told us breakfast was included (we are Marriott Titanium status). Attendant at check out said breakfast was not included and we were charged 44 euros per day for breakfast. Had we known that breakfast was not included, we wouldn't have eaten breakfast at the hotel. Other travelers who were checking out were similarly surprised, it seems they had also been told that breakfast was included because of their Marriott status. I wish the hotel had been more transparent with charges so we could have made a more informed decision. Aside from this, I would give the hotel 4 or 5 stars, but the miscommunication regarding breakfast charges means I'm only giving 2 stars. To the hotel staff, please be more transparent. If several travelers are confused and misunderstanding your charges, you're not communicating clearly.
