  My husband, booked through Trip.com a room in this hotel.Terrible experience, the room paid 120 euros per night overlooking the street where there is a disco, so it is impossible to sleep and smells like a sewer considering that the bathroom has no window nor ventilation.We asked to change the room for today and we were told that everything was full, so we asked to cancel the room for today's night and get a refund, the hotel told us that there were no problems but that we would have to contact Trip.com.Trip.com said that they are waiting for confirmation from the hotel and the employees working there said that they have reported to their boss and he is the one who has to authorise the request.The whole thing is ridiculous, they took our bags out of the room without giving us confirmation of the refund to have it booked by other customers and we were confirmed that it has been rebooked.So in addition to still not having authorised the refund of the money, they took more money from other customers.I don't know how this hotel can still have positive reviews.

  Do not go to this hotel! No pool whatsoever. This is why we booked it. People walking into our room when reception had wrongly gave them our keypad room number. Dirty bottle of cigarette dumps on terrace. Awful hotel. Staff aren’t even bothered about you and don’t want to speak to you

  Firstly lets start on a positive....the rooms were clean.I wish I could attach a video to TripAdvisor as I made numerous videos of this s**t hole.There is no roof top pool, bar or sun terrace. What was on the roof was ashtrays overflowing, wine bottles and beer cans everywhere. A pool project started but according to the cleaner months ago and no one has been back since. The bar was rotten wood. Sunbeds torn. astroturf that was patches of scrap astroturf patched together badly. There are bare cables everywhere.My partner complained to the reception about the 'pool terrace' and was told to complain to booking.com as they were using incorrect photos (I didn't realise until we left that I didn't book through them instead another company) I checked the dona lola website and they had the same photos as hotels.com. We were fobbed off.The room advertised as having a TV only had the raw plugs in the wall where the TV once was mounted.No hot water. We mentioned to reception they said keep the water running we did but nothing. The last day I looked behind the boiler and there was a plug that needed to go into a socket. The nearest socket was halfway across the kitchen (see photos).Bathroom sink if you lent on it it came away from the wall. They had silicone the pedestal to the sink but it was not screwed it to the wall. The toilet roll holders kept falling off (they are the ones you would find in a public toilet).The light fitting was hanging off the ceiling in the kitchen and the one in the bedroom was water stained.This place should be condemned.

  This hotel wasn't there to check me in and I had no way to get in touch with them, if wasn't for a nice french couple helping me to get in touch with them, I would have been on the street with no hotel bed to sleep in. The sign on the door had an emergency # but they were not answering. They say check in time is up until 12am, I made it to the hotel at 10:30. I finally got them on the phone and he made an excuse that the didn't have my phone # or email address.That is BS. They are on the preffered partner programme so therefore you can't make a review. Preferred partner programme means they pay more money to booking. Com and they don't receive ratings. Well.. I'll just go on aotjersites and spread the message not to use them.

  Dreadful experience of appalling customer services in Seville!

  APPALLING!!! SERIOUS SECURITY BREACH, RUDE (IGNORING OUR MESSAGES & EMAILS), NO APOLOGY!! WE CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! IT'S NOT EVEN A HOTEL, JUST SOME ROOMS IN A BUILDING WITH NO STAFF. THEY SUPPLIED US WITH ANOTHER GUEST'S CHECK-IN DETAILS SO WE WERE ABLE TO ACCESS SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM - GOOD JOB WE'RE NOT BURGLARS!! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY IGNORE GUESTS AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR WELFARE.They WhatsApped us check-in instructions as we were arriving after 9pm but they sent us the details and entry code for SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM!!! We actually opened the door and entered this room, only to find it full of another guest's belongings!! Their so-called emergency number was just a long recorded message in Spanish, which we couldn't understand, so we had to find an alternative (& much nicer!) hotel for the night which was an extra cost for us. They eventually sent the correct instructions and entry code but too late for that night. Subsequently they ignored all messages and emails and even when Booking.Com intervened on our behalf, they refused to recompense us or offer any sort of compensation. The apartment building is not "opposite" the hotel, as stated, but rather some 200 yards down the road and this is where the "reception" is located with a staff member there during the day - but there is nothing at the "hotel" to tell you this, so we had no idea where the reception was. Our room was not serviced during our stay and we had to go in search of the apartment building to get some toilet rolls. And the air conditioning did not work either! Absolutely dreadful!
