  Excellent location, walking distance from everything. Great communication via whatsapp - very responsive and informative. It’s is in a busy area we got used to the noises from outside after 2 nights. The fridge and air con unit in the room are really noisy. Cleaned on day 3 fresh bedding and towels provided. They have installed dual blinds to stop the sunlight blinding you in the morning. A few additional comforts would make this a 4.5 score - like bedside lamps, a safe, an iron and a hairdryer. We loved Sevilla!

  We stayed in these apartment’s for ten days . We were pleasantly surprised after reading fairly negative reviews. They are in a great location , walking distance to all attractions. Very clean and comfortable bed. Cleaned twice during our stay and fresh towels supplied . Kitchen area good with combo microwave , hob and fridge . Shower leaked all over the floor on the first night , however after contacting the owner this was resolved promptly the following day . Downside was firstly the noise in the street which we had read about. We took ear plugs and had to use them twice in the ten day stay , we were on level 3 - and wasn’t a huge issue for us and much better than what we expected after reading reviews. The other negative was the instructions prior to arriving. I contacted the apartment as advised 48 hours prior to arriving and was informed information and key pad entry details would be sent what’s app on day of arrival. This did not happen and I had to contact the owner on route from airport to apartment which was stressful. I was informed that I needed to complete a registration form which was then sent to me. Would have been helpful if this was sent when I contacted the hotel initially. One completed we were sent entry details. Keyless property which is good. Overall we had a good experience and other than the noise in the street which is outwith the apartments control and the timeliness of the entry information we enjoyed our stay. Seville is a fabulous city .

  90% would recommend - despite Love Holidays being our point of contact, Magna staff helped us check-in after being told by Love Holidays we had to find somewhere else to stay as we hadn't checked in 48 hours in advance (this was stated on the app apparently).Only down side to Magna, there was no-one on reception at anytime which would have helped us with directions to places of interest or any recommendations.

  The positive pointsGood locationClean and modernWell equipedWhat is Not so good isThe Apartment was very coldNo black out blinds so light is streeming in earlyNoise from club underneeth all night until 7am, shockingBad smell of drains in the apartment, had to buy cheap perfume to spray the room to hide smellAnnoying noise of pipes/ water/ coming from other apartmentsOn booking .com it states there is a fitness room, this is NOT the case.There is a gym nearby however, it is a pay for seperate companyNo reception, and no support available after 18h, worrying if there were any issues.No tea towel provided to dry crockery, glasses etcOverall can only say it was ok- ish but the negatives far out way the positives.

  Booking and Checking InUnfortunately there is no reception and when we arrived no sign of life. Luckily I managed to follow someone in and try and look at the boards - someone in the building heard us and came down to help explaining we should have got a clear whatsapp message with codes and things - our provider loveholidays did not provide this. All sorted in the end though. There is someone around from 10am to 6pm but we didn't come across anyone - I presume they base themselves in an empty apartment.FacilitiesFacilities were average but fine for what we wanted in terms of having somewhere to go and relax late afternoon/early evening and get up separately, make some breakfast etc. Comfy enough sofa bed to watch TV/read a book on. The kitchenette counter was nice looking but small and missing some really basic things - the plug did not fit the sink and so you could not wash up properly. No drainer, so everything had to sit wet all over the counter, no tea towels to dry up (we used one of the small bathroom towels), no bottle opener/cork screw (well I think that's essential! Bought one...), one straining ladle was the only utensil. Good practical hob, microwave/grill not an oven so ditched my ideas of heading off to market and cooking indoors. Decent size fridge with no freezer compartment. WiFi was reliable. TVs in sitting area and bedroom.Small table and chairs provided which we mostly used to dump all the bags on!Bathroom a nice size - bit of an insect problem, but you can't really prevent them coming up through the plug hole! Only had half a toilet roll left for a 5 night stay - we did ask for more but it never appeared so we went to Lidl which is just round the corner and bought our own.Good comfy bed and hanging wardrobe. No drawers or place to put your cases. Not a huge problem.Aircon effective.DecorTired, to be honest. The floor had some horrid marks, the walls had scuffs and scrapes, light fitting in lounge had the ceiling piece slipped down onto the light itself exposing a hole in the ceiling, missing curtain in bedroom. Would need so little to put right.SituationThe apartments are brilliantly situated in terms of being a short 15 to 20 minutes walk (or less) to most attractions and areas of the city. The apartments are dreadfully situated if you want any sleep. A large gay disco operates in the building next door and is open from 11pm to 5am Monday to Thursday and 11pm to 7am Fridays and Saturdays. Noise etc. is absolutely not an exception; it is every night. The apartment is not soundproof and even wearing ear plugs and putting spare pillows over our heads sleep was impossible. Things do not end when the club kicks out - patrons remain in the street for anything up to an hour shouting, singing and dancing. Accepting there is nothing the establishment can do about this, unless you want to stay up all night partying this is NOT for you.SummaryReally convenient location with just about everything to scrape by on when self catering. Horrendous sleep quality thanks to the neighbours.
