  The room was clean, well equipped and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Mood is quiet, ideal for lounging, and the location allows easy movement to the center of Seville in a few minutes by car. In addition, the staff was very friendly and attentive, always willing to resolve any questions. Undoubtedly, a recommended place both for a short break and to spend a few days exploring the area.   The room was cozy, with everything you need to rest and taken care of in every detail. The environment transmits a lot of calm and allows disconnection, as well as having good accessibility to move around the area. It has a very good pool. Definitely an accommodation worth recommending and to which I would love to return.   Not a B&B but shared apartaments. Mattresses and pillows were good, but the disposition of the two single beds behind the double bed (room 3) was terrible. The single bed on the left is just below the AC... although we had slightly moved it to the centre, I hit my head very badly on it when getting up during the nigh so we had to move completely to the centre after I hit t.There was a smell of stiff/humid air in the room when we first arrived (disappeared after we opened the window).There is NO door between the room and the shower box, just the transparent plastic door... A bit awkward to shower with friends in the room so they needed to be downstairs to the shared dining area in the meanwhile.

  Expensive and smelly but quiet position

  Finally located this property up in the hills west of Seville about 15mins drive from city centre. Upon arrival and with information about entry in Spanish, we had to make 2 international phone calls to find the key to our room in a loft upstairs. Could only find 2 smelly towels hanging next to 'Dalek" looking shower. Looked for clean ones a elsewhere. Bed clean but only 1 sheet and duvet cover but 2 separate pillows!B&B we thought meant breakfast supplied/included but no, just the dirty kitchen with full rubbish tin to make our own!!Feral cats outside while friendly, seemed to add to smell. Swimming pool ( in advertising ) inaccessable!This property was 25-40% more expensive for similar properties we enjoyed throughout our 5+ weeks traveling in Spain.

  We spent there only one.night but were very surprised! The host couldn't be.more helpful. Even thou he can't speak english well, he used google translator to help us with location,parking and all rules. We also got recommendation for delicious food!Room is very clean, good size, you've got small balcony, free access to Netflix and wifi. He's providing food for.breakfast. Price was super low as well. I would.more recommend this accomodation than more expensive places in city centres.If we are back,we defo coming back to this accommodation.
