    reserve at your own risk---website is misleading

    Reserve at your own risk!!! We booked a three night stay in February 2026 for the last week in March. All over the website it states boldly 48 hour cancellation allowed. 5 days prior to our arrival, we had a death in the family and tried to cancel the stay expecting a full refund. Apparently in the small print, the way we booked did not allow for a refund no matter how early you cancel. Spoke with the hotel and they refused to refund our stay.

    Probably the best located hotel in Seville!

    A comfortable and brilliantly located boutique hotel in converted mansion in centre of the city. The most important city sights are literally round the corner, as are excellent tapas bars and restaurants. Comfortable, well-appointed room with large en-suite. Decent breakfast. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Happy to recommend, and would be happy to return.     Beautiful hotel but some issues

    The hotel is perfectly located next to the cathedral and was easy to get to using either the airport bus or taxi. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. The roof terrace is a real plus and it was lovely to escape the hustle and bustle of the city down below. Breakfast was tasty if a bit chaotic. We did however have two big issues. Firstly, the room air conditioning was broken and the replacement plug-in unit loud and inadequate. This was raised on arrival and not fixed 3 days later. In Seville, air conditioning is a necessity! Secondly, the rooms have wooden floors that easily transmit noise downwards; while I’m sure most hotel customers are respectful, unfortunately we had the Flinstones family staying above us who enjoyed thumping around until the early hours. Booking a third (top) floor room would avoid this. A lovely break in Seville and an otherwise lovely hotel only soured by a lack of quality sleep.
