  “This experience felt very close to false advertising.”

  Very disappointing and misleading experience.We booked this hotel through Booking.com around 11:00 in the morning based on the photos shown in the listing. We arrived at the hotel at hotel and had already filed a complaint, because what we saw had nothing to do with the photos.The room we were assigned was located directly behind the reception desk and looked more like a storage or service area than a proper hotel room. The window area was completely blocked with wooden boards, meaning the room had almost no natural light at all.The staff said the room was still being cleaned and refused to let us enter the room. They only showed it from outside, but even from there it was obvious that the room did not match the photos on Booking.com.The area in front of the room was also being used like a storage space, with random items placed there, making the whole place feel like a back-of-house storage area rather than a guest room corridor.To make matters worse, the person at the reception was extremely rude and not cooperative at all. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he made dismissive and inappropriate comments and showed no willingness to help.Even though we had just booked the room about an hour earlier and had not even entered the room, the hotel refused to refund the payment.As a result, we had to leave immediately and pay for another hotel nearby out of our own pocket.We filled out the official Hoja de Reclamaciones complaint form at the hotel and will submit it to the consumer authorities in Andalucía.I strongly advise future guests to be very careful before booking here, because what is advertised online does not reflect the actual conditions.Please see the photo at the booking and the real photo out of the room.

  Expensive, small and warm room with a window on the indiside

  The hotel is located around 15 minutes away from the historical center of the city, in a less touristic area.The room we had was relatively small, with a window giving on the inner of the hotel. This would not have been an issue, if the AC was working properly and our room was not getting too hot to sleep comfortably. The bed was not the most comfortable. The hotel was otherwise clean.All in all, a hotel which was pretty expensive for what we got. Not sure if I would recommend this hotel.

  The location was absolutely perfect for our 3 nights stay in Seville. Approx 25 mins from the airport by taxi, which cost us around 26 euro. About 15 minutes walk to the main attractions restaurants/bars. Staff on reception always very pleasant, and the cleaners are always happy and polite. Our room was on the second floor. 203. Over looking the courtyard. Very quiet. Perfect. The whole hotel & our room were very clean. Bed & pillows very comfy indeed. The fridge was a nice touch in the room as we kept our water in it. Safe was easy to use. Shower excellent. Would definitely stop at this hotel again when we come to Seville in the future, and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  Beautiful hotel, very peaceful

  Loved the area, traditional hotel typical of old town Seville. Could walk to everywhere. Roof top terrace overlooking such a beautiful little church, also from roof terrace could watch the lights changing at setas de Sevilla. Would visit again because of the location , however no breakfast available or bar etc for even coffee or cold drinks would probably look at other options

  Booked well in advance . Received many emails telling me not to take note of any request of advance payment. I received a message two days prior to my arrival to tell me that my booking is now canceled. I rebooked with additional cost. I booked a room with “patio view”. This description is totally misleading. The view is to a heavy wooden screen, which blocks the view to a passage. All descriptions on booking.com for similar rooms are the same. When I requested to speak to any person apart from the young girl at reception I was told that I simply can’t. Obviously after paying in advance there is no recourse. They are simply getting away with this.
