    Nice hotel but room disappointing

    Hotel was very impressive on arrival with a huge reception area. Unfortunately the room was disappointing. For 2 adults and a teenager it was small and probably the worst view we’ve ever had from a hotel bedroom window. Bedroom should not be used. Bar area was lovely and pool very nice. Bus into Seville only 5/7 minute walk away. €1.40 on bus per person.

    Incredibly dated, need more people on reception or the pace to be picked up, the rooms that are to the left of reception 1 of the 3 lifts is out of service and the wait for the other two you need to add in 30mins to your plans if it involves going back to your room. There is no where to work with play sockets, we had to walk to the nearest mall to locate a coffee shop. The bathrooms look like they’re from the openings with cracked sinks, aircon is on or off no in between. I don’t understand how it’s 4 stars but I will say once you get served on reception the staff are lovely

    Absolute Nightmare Stay!!!! Severe Bedbug Bites & Poor Management!!!

    We checked into this hotel in Seville on April 15th. Our check-in experience was frustrating from the start. We were incorrectly given access to an occupied room and had to be relocated afterward, waiting for almost an hour late at night around 11 p.m.Shortly after moving into our assigned room, we quickly realized there was a major bedbug issue. My travel partner and I suffered a combined total of over 50 painful bites across our bodies, faces, and limbs. The infestation was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this rating.One of us endured a serious allergic reaction due to the bedbug bites. We had to attend a local public hospital with no English-speaking services, waiting for hours without any assistance or concern from hotel staff. We asked for the manager three times in the morning, afternoon, and night. No one came. We asked an assistant to bring us to the hospital and they refused.We attempted to contact management multiple times, yet every request was ignored. It later came to light that the hotel has three managers on-site, all of whom chose to avoid our complaints entirely. Only when we requested official complaint forms did a manager contact us late at night, arranging an unreasonably early meeting and using intimidating wording regarding compensation.Concerned about lingering bedbug eggs, we asked for our laundry to be thoroughly dried at high temperature. Our clothing was returned damp and several items including brand new pieces were permanently bleached and ruined. No compensation or apology was provided for the damage.Throughout our complaint process, communication was extremely difficult. Management was uncooperative, evasive, and at times appeared to feign language barriers to avoid accountability. We were unfairly judged and accused of financial motives when we only wanted transparency and a sincere apology for the terrible hygiene failure. They threatened us that if we complained, we would receive no compensation at all. To this day, we have received neither any compensation nor even an apology.It is now April 28th, more than two weeks later. Some of our bites are still red and itchy, some have not fully healed and have left lasting scars. This traumatic experience has destroyed our sense of security. We have struggled to sleep peacefully every single day, trapped in constant stress and fear of further bites.The ongoing anxiety and physical marks have caused lasting mental and emotional distress, ruining our entire Spanish travel experience.I strongly warn all future guests to avoid this property. Poor hygiene, hidden bedbug infestations and unprofessional, unkind management make this place not worth booking.

    Even though we arrived late the room wasn't ready.. we had to wait in the lobby however the room is quite spacious the bathroom is a little small but it's very clean..

    Big hotel, but the reception staff were charming and welcoming. Seems like they were full so they upgraded our rooms. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Would stay here again
