This family-friendly city hotel is situated in the Santa Cruz quarter in the centre of the city. It lies next to Juderia's old town and is close to the cathedral, to Alcazar, to the Archivo de Indias and to the Bullring. It is next to the oldest synagogue in Seville and to the church of Santa Maria la Blanca. El Prado bus stop is 1 km away and the nearest train station is 2 km from the hotel. Guests will find shops within a 15-minute walk at Plaza de Armas and San Pablo Airport is some 18 km from the establishment.

Facility

6 junior suites, single rooms and 148 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Just returned from 5 days in this hotel. It was excellent. Staff at reception extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean. Excellent choice at breakfast. Fantastic location as I have mobility problems and loads of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The pool on the rooftop is a fabulous addition and there are loads of sunbeds and tables to have a meal or a drink. We were even unexpectedly treated from the hotel a bottle of prosecco. Really lovely touch I thought. Would highly recommend a stay here. Lovely lovely city too.     Fantastic Hotel in an Ideal Location

    We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Fernando III in Seville and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of all the main sights, and surrounded by some excellent tapas restaurants and bars.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a real difference. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop pool, we used it every day to relax and cool off after sightseeing.A particularly lovely touch was returning to our room one evening to find a complimentary bottle of bubbles as a thank you for choosing the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really added to the overall experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Seville!     Amazing rooftop views and excellent & attentive staff

    This hotel is in the best location in Seville, Santa Cruz Neighborhood. We were a short walk to the cathedral, Alcázar, Maria Luisa Park, and the Plaza De Espana. This hotel rooftop pool and views were incredible. Very relaxing to spend siesta on the rooftop. The staff were exceptional and helped my mother and I when our tour of the Real Alcázar and Cathedral were canceled suddenly by our tour company wirh less than a days notice. We were here on her 70th birthday trip and the front desk staff immediately helped me book a Cathedral tour with a local company that was excellent. Alejandro at the front desk also recommended a tour of the Casa De Pilatos to replace the Real Alcázar tour and truly a hidden treasure of Seville. Alejandro also set up the tour for us that morning. He was extremely helpful. All of the gentleman working the front desk during the morning shifts went above and beyond to assist us with any request during our stay. The breakfast buffet was truly magnificent. The staff and the hotel made our stay in Seville truly incredible. This is the only hotel in Seville I plan to stay at in the future, hands down the best!     On check-in we were told that we had two reservations because my reservation with a booking website was not cancelled even though I had received an email confirming it to be. Though no fault of Fernando, the team creatively found a solution that would allow them to cance one for me- saving me $1000+. Amazing customer service. The pool area and rooftop are one of a kind in the neighborhood. We stayed in an apartment in the adjoining alley and it was very new, very clean and very spacious.     Fantastic Stay in Central Location

    We visited Seville, which is a wonderful city and stayed four nights in this lovely modern but traditional hotel. It’s very comfortable, centrally located with the best staff ever! Our room on the second floor was modern, spacious with a great bathroom, tv, fridge and aircon. The breakfast is vast and service great. Upstairs there is a brilliant rooftop bar which is quite extensive serving food, drinks and cocktails and a very nice swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Wonderfully run hotel, lovely caring staff that are really attentive and look after the place with great care. Room cleaned promptly to perfection each day. Reception staff always smiling, and porters to carry your bags with a smile. We will return.
