  Only stayed 3 nights as part of a coach trip.As a solo within that group I was given a lovely and large double room, with tea/coffee making, although the coffee was pods with no instructions how to use the machine.Food was buffet style and generally good, including hot food at breakfast.Quite small but nice swimming pool though close to some bedroom windows.Well positioned for buses straight into the centre of Seville, about 25 minutes.

  Hotel do not cater for English people, they talk about you in Spanish and treat you very poorly. Food raw chicken wings, raw eggs over the pasta cabonara. When mentioned that I had a nut allergy they proceeded to serve me a burger bun full of nuts and seeds.Stuck out in the sticks. Looks like a run down area no shops and a 40 minute bus journey into Seville. Not what was advertised online. Very disappointed We were also refused drinks at the bar while they were serving other guests.The only upside was the pool but limited sunbeds. If you prefer a more well‑done preparation, please feel free to let us know and we will gladly accommodate you.Regarding the burger, the bun did not contain nuts; it was topped with sesame seeds. When we manage allergies, it is essential for us to know which specific ingredients guests need to avoid, so we can prevent cross‑contamination. We encourage you to inform us in advance of any allergies so we can take the necessary precautions.As for the pasta carbonara, we follow the traditional Italian recipe, which is prepared with lightly cooked egg, cheese and bacon, without cream. We understand that different versions exist in other countries, and we appreciate your perspective.On the language point, our team is multilingual and includes English‑speaking staff. It is possible that, at that particular moment in the café, an English‑speaker was not available, and you were assisted by a French‑speaking colleague instead. We will review our staffing to improve this in the future.We also want to emphasize that our hotel welcomes guests from all nationalities, especially in summer, and we strive to provide everyone with the same high level of service. The distance to the city centre is as stated on our website, and the bus ride typically takes about 20–25 minutes, particularly during low‑traffic periods.Thank you for your understanding.   Good hotel, with the advantage of having a small pool area and although just outside Seville, it was not too far and easy to get to Seville center. Staff pleasant, room and bathroom up to a good standard. Breakfast choice could have been a bit better.   This hotel was a little distance away from where my friends were staying but this was an unplanned trip while the Feria was taking place so my choices were limited. I took the airport bus to Paseo Colon, crossed the road and took the bus no.3 to the hotel. I think the whole journey took a little over an hour. The receptionist wasn’t overly friendly but not rude. I was given a room right next to the lift area so it was very noisy especially late at night. The room was a good size and had a fridge. I believe there were two complementary bottles of water in the fridge. There was no iron in the room but I was able to collect one from reception. There is a safe (not digital) in the room and to use it, you had to use an actual key at a cost of 2 euros per day. The safe isn’t flush to the wall so the weight of the door (when opened) causes the safe to fall forward to the floor narrowly missing your toes. The WiFi was excellent. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but had 1 evening meal there which was lovely and reasonably priced. The waitress was very friendly. This hotel is a little far out from the centre but priced accordingly. There is a grocery store nearby where you can purchase refreshments and I understand that there is a train station nearby. I have an appalling sense of direction and never found it. I didn’t spend too much time in this hotel as my friends were staying in Casco Antiguo and it was a long bus ride and then a 20 minute to meet them.   We were staining in this hotel with group. Lovely and clean hotel. Super friendly staff. Large selection of good food. Nice relaxing area around pool.
