Guests have a choice of 112 rooms, including 7 single rooms, located in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Great choice for Seville

    We loved our suite close to the lobby with its own private patio! The hotel is charming, if quirky, but we loved the grounds and all the nooks and crannies, the generous buffet and the location in the heart of the old city center. Very pleased with this choice for our stay in Seville!

    The hotel has charm and this is probably all what is worth mentioning for positives. The room I had ( number 56) was tiny ((Even for NYC standards) which would be fine if it wasn’t that the bathroom was very difficult to use. Instead of space the jacuzzi bath was squeezed it leaving less than 1 foot clearance between the bath and the counter with basins. The basins looked like more than 200 year old but the issue was that the faucets were mounted such that you were not able to operate them properly. I could have suffer through alla of that if it wasn’t for the noise. When somebody was turning water in the rooms next to mine it felt like a jet was taking off in my room. Horribly noisy . The location was great but for that price point I think there are better options in Seville. The hotel consists of several buildings connected together and there only source signs how to get to reception. The rest is exploring in a very confusing setting -for example how to get to the swimming pool-is on you. There are absolutely NO SIGNS which is the way. The guy at the reception offered that somebody will take me there. I needed to take the elevators next to the reception (nowhere near my room) to level -1 and walk in the tunnel for what seems like 200? Meters and take another elevator to the third floor and finally I was at the rooftop. There was no sign on that elevator that it is the one going to the swimming pool. One simply needed to know it in advance. I am certainly never coming back…

    Seville is breathtaking but the weight of tourists takes its toll. Our historic hotel could be great but our room was dark, dingy, cramped & stuffy. Staff miserable

    Old fashioned elegance in a great position

    We enjoyed the friendly staff, central location and the feeling of living in a stately home for a few days.Our junior suite was spacious, with huge bed, decent bathroom with a terrific rainwater style shower and jacuzzi . Water pressure, so often a failing, top notch.The piano bar is a real feature, and good for joining others in conversation.The roof pool is a bonus for a city centre hotel, and also good for late afternoon drinks.Wine for €4.50 a glass and brandy for €8 struck us as excellent value too.Breakfast was the only minor let down. The basement room is slightly too small to accommodate all the guests, and while the food was good there was significant crowding despite the heroic efforts of the imperious lady in charge. One of the coffee machines was permanently out of action during our 4 day stay and for the last 2 days it was 2.

    Really lovely hotel in a great location. Loved the history of it and the maze of rooms with open courtyards was charming. The piano bar was fun too. Our only regret was we did not leave ourselves enough time to enjoy the amenities.
