    stayed for 5 nights at Easter 2026. we requested a 6th floor room and were given one at the back with a balcony.Reception staff were helpful and we enjoyed drinks on several occasions in a quiet bar and on the terrace at a good price.it did say there was a seasonal pool and with the April temperature touching 30 degrees we looked forward to a couple of lazy days there. However it was disappointing to find that the pool was not open. the number 27 bus passes outside and Seville centre was a mere 1.70 euro fare.The bar closed quite early at 11pm. I would return when the pool area has re-opened.Some nearby bars provided excellent value tapas and also breakfast.When leaving there was a taxi at the door and we used this to go to the airport which was 5 minutes away but again it was a rip off, charging us 26 euro. an uber was half that. All in all a pleasant stay

    The hotel is right across the street from the conference center. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the beds are okay. The breakfast and restaurant are good/above average. However, our room was hot and stuffy as the thermometer on the climate control was not working properly. One of the glass doors entering the hotel was broken the first day we arrived, was laid against the wall and never rehung while we were there for 5 days.

    We went to the SICAB horse show so location was great but the hotel room was well worn ,overpriced with noisy inefficient air con.No decent toiltriesno tea and coffee in room and no balcony.Breakfast was not warm enough all a bit lack lustre really.

    This is NOT a 4-Star Hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the WORLD that does not have a KETTLE and TEA/COFFEE making facilities in the room!!!!! Or they will provide it for you, if you ask for it.Unbelievable???? Even hotels in the Foothills of the Himalayas (my Last holiday) all have this!!!! But when I asked at the Reception of the Sevilla Congresso, they just smiled and said 'No, we don't do that???? The temperature outside was 38 Degrees!!!!! And I was thirsty!!!!So,we checked in but sadly, no laying on the bed, relaxing, kicking off our shoes, unpacking and drinking tea after our journey!!So very disappointing!We had to go back downstairs and pay and sit at the cafe!!!!!!I was only here for two nights (thank goodness) as a tourist but if I was a businessman and keeping odd hours I would very much miss this facility, especially if I was working in my room and didn't want to be disturbed. And I was thirsty!!!!I would also note that free drinks dispenser on reception, had a nice little stack of cups but was always EMPTY during my stay. It was very, very hot. There was one tiny bottle of water in the room for two of us, most hotels had a minimum of two large bottles for two guests. I think they need to get the basics right, as I am unable to get past this omission!! It is also in a very odd area, right out of town, better to stay somewhere closer to the town centre. I do not recommend.

    Clean and neat hotel with outside pool. Rooms were good. We ate in the dinning room and the food was very good for dinner and breakfast.
