Location

The hotel is located in Nervión, at the geographic and commercial heart of Seville, and near the Santa Justa railway station (RENFE) and the Sports Palace. It is also just 200 m from the shopping centres El Mirador, Nervión Plaza and Los Arcos. Despite its central location, the hotel enjoys a superb setting in a quiet and charming residential area. In addition, guests are able to travel comfortably to the historical centre, the Congress and Exhibitions Palace, or the Triana district, via excellent transport links, with six bus lines and two taxi ranks. Within walking distance of the hotel, guests will find restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as a metro station. The hotel also offers access to the city from the airport of San Pablo, which is located approximately 7 km away.

4 single rooms and 29 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Great stay at AACR Monteolivos. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. They even allowed us to store our lunch in their refrigerator after checkout to eat later that day before our flight. The pool is great and gets a lot of morning sun. The rooms and clean and large, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great, across the road from the train station and 25/30 mins walk into the beautiful centre of Seville. This is the best 3 star hotel experience I have had, and for the price of the hotel you couldn’t ask for more.

    What I liked - spacious room- breakfast ok- friendly staff- many accessible restaurants around- good wifiWhat I liked less- no space for storing clothes or personal items in the room- incoveninent facilities - hangers too high to reach (clothes, towels)- foreign tv stations not available- toiletries were not refreshed

    Nice and central hotel, just by the station of Santa Justa. Rooms are modern and silent. Swimming pool very nice and relaxing. Walking distance from everything. Just rooms could be more colorful, maybe, but still quite welcoming overall!

    Yes, this hotel has a few opportunities for improvement in the room, but overall our stay was excellent and the merits go a lot to the staff!Maria was very friendly and helpful during our checkin and accommodation, and Irene did an outstanding job helping us a lot, including with suggestions for places to visit and eat, always with a smile! All suggestions were accepted and were nice experiences. The room is good enough, comfortable beds, small tv.The bathroom is separated from the room with opaque glasses, which might be or not comfortable. Shower is nice.There is a nice swimming pool. No breakfast. Conveniente parking (paid).Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

    Perfectly fine for overnight from SVQ to Santa Justa station

    The title says it all. On a late night flight to Seville wnere we wouldn't make the last train connection to Cadiz. Ryanair flight late (no fanfare!) and delayed sending the baggage through so by the time we got the bus and to the hotel it was 00:30. But we checked in OK, unsure if the receptionist/night porter spoke any English but all OK.The room was fine, standard room, on the ground floor right by reception.Had an early start so not a problem for us but there was the expected hub-bub of noise and cars passing by from about 07:30 (its' on a quiet residental street but little attenuation of the noise of cars passing).It was cleaned OK, the drainage in the shower and basin was very slow so backed up for a bit.Other than that for the price it fitted the purpose.Easy walk from the bus stop and back to Santa Justa in the morning.
