  This might be a 1 star hotel but the staff were 5 star. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day and the room was spotless.

  OK, but ............

  Travelling a lot and often using Ibis (in all shades) I'd no expectations which would be hard to fullfill. Means all was somehow OK . The girl from the reception extremely friendly in the opposite of the young guy refusing to serve a little drink to celebrate midnight (New Year) when we arrived at 23.50 , yelling at me "The bar is closed, that's our policy !" . I told him we're not planning to spent the night in the bar . His reaction" I don't care, their is closed" (I think he wanted to run home ?). The friendly girl explained us the next morning that he's know for his behave and there is no rule to close the bar at midnight New Years Eve and excused for this brat ! I don't know if those guys are well paid (hahaha) but this guy should work with machines, not with people ?!

  What A Nightmare!

  There are two Ibis hotels right next to each other, so, we went to the wrong hotel first. Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet.The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible.We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment.Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable!We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair.This place is a nightmare ...   It's fine to have a good bed for just to sleepwonderfully easy, kitchen is not top but food was goodand was glad we could stay overnight and very early to catch our planewith a club of 9 people it is three rooms

  The closest hotel to the Sevilla Airport I could find. That pretty much covers the upsides.Breakfast - basically bread with sliced cheese and ham. Room - the shower cabin was within the room, as well as the washbasin. Overall the hotel was very worn down. In comparison with other Ibis Budget I had stayed in (in Amsterdam), this one was much worse.
