    We loved the Ibis Styles Sevilla Santa Justa hotel from the first moment. It is a very beautiful place, with a modern design and well-kept spaces that make the stay very comfortable.The cleanliness is impeccable and all the staff were extremely friendly and warm throughout our visit, which always makes a difference.The breakfast buffet is very complete and delicious, with several options for all tastes. In addition, we had the opportunity to have dinner at their restaurant and the experience was also excellent.Without a doubt, a great option to stay in Seville. We highly recommend it!     Very good hotel, but the cleaners didn't get the memo

    This is a clean, quiet hotel, excellent location, good breakfast and very helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.However, on the down side, the check-in procedure takes ages, resulting in queues of people, especially those with a quick question, or just wanting to reclaim their cases/check out.It is clear to me that the cleaning staff have not been properly trained. There are signs everywhere, including in the elevators, about saving electricity. However, on the first day, the cleaner inserted the 'Do Not Disturb' sign in the slot for the room key card. This meant that the lights in the room were on all day until I returned in the evening! Also, in the bathroom, there is a sign saying to put towels on the floor 'if you want them to be changed'. This wasn't necessary - I was only there for 3 nights - so I left the towels hanging up. The cleaner still took them away and replaced them with fresh ones. Bonkers!     Comfortable chain hotel without a too corporate feel.

    We stayed one night here, in a pleasant, quite spacious, room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with a good shower. Although it is a chain hotel, some nice little touches of colour and art, means it doesn't have a too "corporate" feel.Breakfast was excellent with a big range of options including some Spanish classics such as tortilla and pan con tomate. The only slight negatives was check-in which became somewhat painful, whilst staff struggled with a new IT system and there was no access to the rooftop before 10.30am (by which time we'd left). The location is good for access to trains and buses at the Santa Justa hub.Overall, we felt this was a good option for our one-night in Seville.     The hotel is in a great location, around a 15 minute walk from the city centre and a 10 minute walk to Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had lots of facilities like a swimming pool, bar, breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious and including items like a safe which made us more comfortable leaving our belongings there. The only downside was that we found a silverfish bug in our bedroom, but we had no issues with cleanliness beside.I would recommend this hotel!
