  Super Hotel for a super price.

  What a fantastic place to stay. Super rooms, beds and shower. Good food for reasonable prices. Super staff, both room cleaners, barstaff and front desk. All service minded. Also shuttle service to the metrostation. Nice swimmingpool. Unfortunately too many parents that do not keep the Kids under control.Hotel should be more strickt on children behaviour like loud stremming in the Atrium and using the corridors as a playground early in the morning. All others ok

  WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN

  Unfortunately, my experience has fallen far below the standards I would expect from a 4-star establishment.Upon arrival, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a two-floor room with two toilets, which we initially appreciated. However, when we entered the room, we were extremely disappointed to find it in an unacceptable condition. The floors were visibly dirty with hair present, surfaces had coffee mug stains, and the overall condition of the room appeared very dated and poorly maintained.We reported these issues to reception and were assigned a second room. While we appreciated the effort to relocate us, the new room presented even more problems. Although it appeared to be a disability-accessible room—which in itself was not an issue—the condition was again unacceptable. The sink was leaking, the shower shutters were broken, there was no hand soap provided, the air con was not working and both the floors and surfaces were dirty with visible stains. Most concerning of all, the bed sheets were stained. I have both photo and video evidence documenting these issues.We had raised our concerns. Despite raising these concerns, no action was taken throughout the day. On Sunday evening, we had to return to reception to follow up, as nothing had been addressed. At that point, we were offered a third room to inspect. Unfortunately, this room also had significant issues, including a foul smell, broken divider doors, and unclean floors. At this stage, we declined another move and simply requested that our current room be properly cleaned and repaired by Monday.On Monday evening, upon returning to our room, we found that none of the issues had been resolved. We were forced to go back to reception yet again to raise the same complaints. Only after this did staff take minimal action by changing the bed sheets and fixing the sink (AT 11PM!!! After a tiring day out). It took them 48 hours to fix only 2 of 5 of the issues in the room! This situation has caused us considerable stress and frustration during what was meant to be a relaxing holiday. It is unacceptable that we have had to repeatedly report the same issues without timely or adequate resolution. Furthermore, we have not received even a basic apology from the staff, which is deeply disappointing.

  Great place for families visiting Seville.

  We stayed here for two nights, the place is super close to highway - very convenient if you are travelling by car. We opted for family room and it was super spacious. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Special mention to service and breakfast- simply superb. They also have a shuttle for connecting to the nearest metro station- which is just four stops away from the city center(10 mins). Overall a great place to for families.

  Unwelcoming Staff and Bad Overall Experience

  We stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my husband and our young daughter, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.From the very beginning, the staff left a negative impression. Most of them were unfriendly, rarely smiled, and seemed unwilling to help. Basic English communication was also an issue, which made things even more difficult. At reception, the staff came across as cold and unwelcoming.One situation that truly shocked me: I asked for some milk for my coffee and was sent to the bar, where I was expected to pay for it — even though small portions of milk are provided in the room. When I went to the bar, two older male staff members laughed at me and were clearly talking about me while pouring a small glass of milk. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.In the same bar, a female staff member (around 45–50 years old) was also unfriendly and deliberately made me wait before serving me. She even refused to give me a metal knife and fork so I could cut watermelon for my child in the room.Service at the pool was inconsistent: a young male staff member was helpful and gave towels without any issue, while another staff member (a heavier woman) insisted on giving only one towel per person — and said this directly to my 5-year-old child. How is a child supposed to manage with just one towel?The pool itself was very cold, with no heating.At breakfast, the food was exactly the same every single day — no variety at all. On top of that, I was not allowed to take even a banana or a mandarin with me when leaving; they were taken away from me at the exit, which I found shocking.The room was also disappointing: we stayed on the first floor with a view of a construction site, and every morning from 8am we were woken up by construction noise. The room itself was dusty, and dust was constantly in the air.During check-out, the receptionist didn’t ask how our stay was, didn’t say thank you, and didn’t even wish us a safe journey — which says a lot about the level of service.The hotel is also not centrally located, so you need to rely on transport to get to the city. There is a shuttle service to the underground, and the driver was kind and helpful. However, he asked my husband to remove his Sevilla FC cap and scarf, likely because he supports another team. This was inappropriate, especially as my husband was attending the Sevilla vs Atlético Madrid match.Overall, it felt like the staff do not understand that they work in hospitality. Guests should feel welcomed and respected — not ignored, laughed at, or treated rudely.Unfortunately, we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.
