Location

The hotel is located right in the heart of Seville's city centre between famous Plaza Encarnación with its viewing platform, which is an architectural highlight, and Plaza de Arms, one of Seville´s two bus terminals. All attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops within a short walk of the establishment. San Pablo Airport is about 25 km away.

Facility

28 single rooms and 7 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hostel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hostel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     I paid in advance in Agoda. The hostel send a notification that I have to do a check online in order to get there. The link wont work. I ask if they can send me the link. They don’t do it. I canceled, and you know what?? They don’t want to refund. They screw me totally. Be aware of this hostel.

    Nice central location. Short walk from main square with bars. Clean, staff do a good job. Breakfast is good and you can get a good coffee for cheap. Comfy couches in TV room.

    Best First Time Hostel Experience!!!

    Ok so first time staying in a hostel. I’m 41 years old & I didn’t feel too out of place. The rooms are basic but are perfect for sleeping in. They’re clean along with the bathroom. I slept in a mixed 4 dorm & I can honestly say there were no problems at all! I even managed to sleep with outside noise & I couldn’t believe I slept so well with strangers in the same room. The rooftop pool is small but it’s great to have a dip in when it gets too hot. There’s a bar & food available. It’s very fairly priced. I had breakfast included & I’m glad I did. A good choice to choose from. All staff were amazing here. I only have positive things to say about this experience. I will definitely be back! Worth every penny & more!

    Was robbed in the room and receptionist tried to make us pay to move rooms. Disgusting customer service

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! My friends and I stayed in the 14 bed mixed dorm. Firstly the room absolutely STANK and was incredibly dirty with bed sheets with stains and dirty bathrooms. The beds are in the middle of the room with no safety railing on either side making it incredibly dangerous. I went down to reception the next day and was able to move to a bottom bed and the staff were helpful then. However the next night , the staff let a man check into our room at 1am and then check out 3 hours later at 4am. In this time, he was walking around the room and coming in and out and he proceeded to rob my friend and steal her wallet. We went down the next morning and told the staff what had happened and the girl at the counter was incredibly rude. She dismissed us and defended the guy saying he just missed his bus. However we had already spoken to the police and they believed it was the man from the hostel. We told the receptionist this and she was extremely rude. She told us it’s not their fault and nothing they can do. We told her we did not feel safe in the room anymore and would like to move rooms to which she tried to MAKE US PAY. After we had just been robbed and were female traveler’s I thought another women would have compassion and empathy for our situation. This was disgusting behaviour. As a female traveler I was absolutely appalled. We then proceeded to argue with her back and forth and only then after 15 minutes she said there was a 10 bed room we could move into. This room was slightly better however was still extremely smelly with only one bathroom for 10 people making this a big safety hazard. To conclude I thought the behaviour of the girl receptionist with the glasses was absolutely disgusting and I have never had such terrible customer service. Will not be coming back and will be reporting this hostel to the police.

    Staff is really helpfullyThe all building design is really nice, kitchen is big, you can prepare everything. The room is big, bed is comfortable.The breakfast have some tasty options.The roof and the bar have a good atmosphere. Can't close the shower and the toilet door in the room
