  Very friendly, comfortable modern room, convenient parking

  Nice jazz music playing in the reception area. There was a very friendly receptionist, named Laura.The room was very comfortable and modern. Convenient parking for free outside and in the private parking garage too. There are a few eating options in the area at walking distance.

  If you don't want to wake up in the buzzling Sevilla city...this hotel can be one of your choices. But there could be other reasons that will wake you up in the middle of the night...well, FIRST,Good points: 1.a really clean 2.new hotelWeak points:1. Sound proof * we can hear other guests walking to their rooms2. Toilet/ water flushing3. Opening and closing of the garage door4. Breakfast - with the price, they can do better. Serve something warm besides coffee. Guests would appreciate warm hard boiled eggs, sunny sideup maybe or...torta. 5. Wi-Fi connectivity (not that it's so important during vacation)*we'll have to stay infront of the comfort room door to get connectivity.

  We stayed here thinking we were near Seville, but it's a 10 minute walk to the Dos Hermanas train station and then 15 minutes by train into Seville's San Bernado station.From there into the centre of Seville you can either get on a tram (5 mins) or walk (15-20 mins).Trains back to Dos Hermanas don't run late and a taxi will cost €30-35 if you want to stay out in Seville for the night.There are no cafés or bars near the hotel - only a supermarket opposite and a petrol station next door.End-of-corridor rooms (206-208 / 306-308) can be noisy until 11pm as the restaurant extractor fan exhaust runs close to these rooms.Breakfast in the hotel was an extra €5 pp and was plentiful.

  Thieves, next time I will sleep in the street instead of booking at your hotel

  I have booked this « awesome » hotel through booking.comI was stuck at Algeciras waiting for ferry. I sent a first request telling that I have a issue so I may come later than expected, no answer (first time a hotel doesn’t respond). I sent a second one telling I will arrive before morning take a nap and breakfast then leave. Again no answer. Once I got the ferry, approaching Spain I receive a mail telling that they have cancelled my booking. Hope you are enjoying my 45€ Alberto B, Director de Recepción at Leflet Valme, responded to this review Dear Sir,The cancellation was done after 12.00 the following day because the problem was not that you arrive late but that you did not arrive and taht you did not say cotact us to explain even why. So following the cancellation policy that you perfectly khow we charge the cancellation fees. Regards

  Too far out of seville to use unless you have a car.there is a bus line but it really is not easy to use or ascertain the timetable.Room was actually quite comfortable , breakfast good, but staff unhelpful and if you find yourself in thus area therenis nothing else around by way of amenities.
