  Contrary to the information there is plenty of parking space available. The hotel is a small one you don't want to spend more time in than the night, but it's cheap and close to lots of bars and cafés.No matter what room you will get, you will not get a good view of anything... In winter times, you will have to heat with the A/C witch is a bit noisy during the night.

  I am surprised to find this kind of gem at these low prizes. We could accommodate even our little dog just she kept quiet, which she did. Got room number 13 which opens toward the street, but never got disturbances of the traffic. Hot water, clean rooms and friendly staff was nice part of the deal. Room heating worked perfectly, thou didn't need any cooling this time of the year (near Christmas). Our dog is usually sensitive at sounds outside the rooms, not much noises this time though (last room in the corridor).I will book definitely several times because of the vicinity of the doñana area and my need of cheap and good accommodation near Seville University.

  I stayed here for 4 nights. It’s a very good bargain hotel. The room is functional but very clean. The shower is good and the water always warm. The staff are very helpful and free do and this includes the room cleaners. I stayed during the coldest spell of the year, whilst not close to UK winter standards, without heating the room was chilly. The cleaner switched on the air conditioning for me and I was able to keep the place warm.Like most Spanish hotels there are no carpets. There is a downstairs restaurant and when busy you can hear the chairs being moved. However when I was there the resurgent was quite at night but busy at lunchtimes.There is no breakfast provided or facilities to provide one but there are a few cafes / bars around the corner that can do so. This isn’t a touristy area but it’s a 20-30 minute car ride to Seville and at this time of year you are paying at least 50% less than central Seville

  This hotel is a real gem and for the price offers EXCELLENT value for money. As you enter the first thing you notice is just how clean everything is.The staff are very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms are a good size as is the bathroom. They have lashings of hot water, comfortable beds and the location is quiet but still close to all main roads The restaurant had a limited menu but still represented lots of choice for our party of 7. The chef really knows his stuff. Try the braised ox tail. Scrumptious.This is definitely much more than a 1 star. Highly recommended.

  Enjoyed a stay here recently and was impressed with the quality of the room, the friendliness of the staff and the excellent value for money.We ate at the restaurant on the hotel site and the food was really very good. The hotel seems to be family run and it showed in customer service. Very friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. The rooms were to a high standard, some with courtyard access. If you want a quiet night ask for one of these rooms as the rooms facing them street were a bit noisy.All in all, excellent value and a very pleasant stay.
