  Toxic black mold/mould in our room not only on the ceilling but also on the walls. We also found moldy wet walls in the bathrooms on the first, second and also third floor. Serious health risk to all guests staying in this hostel. If you value your health, avoid this moldy place.

  It's really dirty, the bathrooms smell so bad and not clean at all, I found what I thought was a spider in my bed. I've tried to talk with the "so-called manager-owner" of the hostel but she looked anf behaved like a crazy person screaming, trying to humilliating me and my family, saying she would not change our room and that we were lying. SO overpriced, bad energy and bad staff.

  Ideally set in the middle of old Sevilla, you will walk from there to all the highlights. Clean and quiet, with charming ladies at the reception, we were fully satisfied. Even the entrance hall is beautiful. And, very rare now, a round the clock person at reception.

  THE WORST HOSTAL i HAVE EVER BEEN IN, NEVER STAY THERE!!! THIS BEHAVIOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE EITHER IN A 5 STAR HOTEL OR A HOSTAL!!! SHE WAS RUDE, UNPOLITE AND HUMILIATING WITH US, NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!1. There was plenty of bedbugs in the bedroom, and they had bitten one of us every night. My back was full with the bites of the little insects and it was really uncomfortable. 2. On the second day after the attack we went to the reception to ask for some compensation. The receptionist promised us a free laundry service and four pieces of new clothes. We went to the city and when we came back to the hostal in the afternoon there was an other receptionist girl and the chief housekeeper, Lorena, Lorena lied us in Spanish while the girl translated, that they investigated the room and they found the bedbugs in one of the luggage under the bed and they won't finance anything. We also checked the luggage and haven't found anything so we asked them to show as were the bugs are. They came into the room and Lorena started to shout at us and started hitting the matrasses, she humiliated us and started to look for the bugs in the luggage. The bedbugs obviously weren't in our luggage but she didn't care. She had a REALLY HUMILIATING BEHAVIOUR. And on the top of this Lorena threatened us that if we write anything on Tripadvisor or Booking, she will charge us. After 2,5 hours of arguing we got 10€ compensation and we could use the washing machine and we had to spend another night in the infected room, however, we saw and empty room on the ground floor. 3. In the morning they gave us the wet clothes and told us to leave at 11:00, even though, the night before Lorena promised that we could wait our clothes to dry.

  Very authentic old andalusian house

  The location is perfect if you don’t come with a car. All the attractions are mostly 20 minutes away by foot. Very beautiful old adalusian house, nice stuff and clean. Bus station to the airport is less than 10 minutes walk away.
