    I recently arranged a stay at Park Plaza London Park Royal for a friend attending a local wedding, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service they received.Due to running late, my friend arrived needing help with just about everything from an iron to last-minute essentials and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Every single person went above and beyond to help, from reception to the bar staff and management. Nothing was too much trouble, and the willingness to step in and assist really stood out.A special mention has to go to Nina, who was absolutely exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and proactive approach made a stressful situation completely manageable. She is a real credit to the hotel.It’s rare to come across a team where everyone pulls together like this, but that’s exactly what we experienced here.     Use this hotel for work and it’s a great place conveniently placed alongside A40 to get in and out of London. Staff are fantastic, friendly and so accommodating.
