    One thing just incredíble in Pensión Azahar in Seville. At making a reservation in the hotel for one night and at paying the fare of the room, they ask you to pay the same amount as a deposit. When I asked the reasons of such a deposit I was told "in case you smoke in the room". I never smoked in my whole life. Very abusing ! I said thanks and just left.

    Cold shower, not even glasses to drink water with. Thread bare everything. Near the front door very noisy. Expensive for what it was. Would not recommend this place at all. No TV in the rooms. Definitely the most run down place we stayed in Spain after three weeks.

    Brilliant stay in the Old Town

    Our flight from Dublin was delayed, and I have informed the pension by whatsapp, and it was easy to communicate with them, they were helpful, and in the end, we managed to arrive 2 min before they close but we made it ! :) The location was great, within the "Casco viejo" (the Old Town), the staff (all 3 girls from reception we have dealt with) were absolutely lovely as well as the cleaning lady, welcoming and helpful. Our room was on the rooftop/terrace, it was so great, it had everything we needed, it was very clean, there was even shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and the AC for only 5 Euro per night (we tried without the first night but we are Irish residents so not used to the heat...we had to buy it the second night). However when we arrived, we were told about the option, but they did not push for us to buy the option which I found very good from them. Brilliant stay, we would love to go back next time we are in Sevilla!     My mom and I enjoyed our stay at Pension Azahar. We booked a private ensuite with two twin beds. The room was a little small but comfortable enough for a 2-night stay. Ana, the receptionist who met us, was very welcoming and gracious. She even walked us through a map of Sevilla with recommendations for tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hostel was located in a very convenient location and is within walking distance to almost everything.     Good location, good staff, but the quality of the rooms is poor!

    The attitude of the staff, expecially the receptionist-s is very good. The receptionist is on the top! Good place for short staying in a good location! Easy to find and easy to start your day-tours in Seville! :)
