    very bad experience,they did not bring the key first nite, another host opened main door for me and i had stay at hotel at my first nite ar Seville,plus, the bathroom and the room is terrible,you can not reach to the reception,very bad,

    We stayed for one night in September 2025 and one night was one night too many.The place is a dump.Only slightly better than sleeping rough on the street.No body to check you in and nobody answering the contact number.The room was disgusting and the lights wouldn’t work when we got back around 21.00.Once again nobody to help out.The room isn’t even one star and the bathroom was full of ants and filthy.Do Not Stay in This Hotel/ Dump.

    Very central location. The Spanish-themed decor throughout the hostel is quite deceptive — all just for show. The room was shabby and did not match the expectations set by the website at all. The bathroom was dirty and had ants. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We had luck we stayed only one night.

    It is a fraud. I went there with my friend and two spanish tourists came with us, and they did not respond to us in the hotel. They did not even open the door for us. Even chat gpt told us that he know it is a scum. Terrible experience and something i hope no one will feel.

    We arrived and contacted the receptionist only to be told she did not recognise our booking. We sent a photo of our confirmation for 6 nights and then we received a number to open the key box. Two of the keys didn't work. We had booked a twin room en suite and were given a double bed and no en suite for me and my son. We asked for the room to be changed and were told 'Booking.com don't provide us with enough information' and no room change. Day 4 we found 'our' bathroom mysteriously locked. We contacted the receptionist 3 times in English and in Spanish. Six hours later we received a Whatsapp saying 'speak to my partner' by which time we had already booked into another hotel nearby. The receptionist there rolled their eyes and said they'd hear it all before so many times. If you want a thoroughly miserable stay in Seville, this is the best place to start.
