    CHEATERS! the most dishonest hotel encountered in 20 years of booking around the world.The advert shows private parking for a fee. In the morning, just before booking, we ask for confirmation of the private parking (traveling with a car full of sports equipment). They immediately reply "Dont worry. We have private parking 🅿️ 18 euros per night only paid by cash". Hours later, agreeing on the check-in time in the evening, we again remind the parking and again they reassure us. Arriving on site after 4 hours of travel at 10 pm, they tell us that in reality the private parking is sold out and we have to have to leave the car in a public parking lot, they don't care. We had to find another accommodation with safe parking, paying more, and despite the evident cheat, they did not want to return the money. This is unfair business practice, the owner should be ashamed, and if he behaves unfairly on the parking issue, advertising things he cannot offer and not returning the money, I dare not imagine how he behaves in any other area or issues you could have. Absolutely to be avoided, shame on you.

    Fraud...be careful !!!!Just if I could give Zero star I would!We didnt even have time to enter the room that we paid for because of the information they gave us and apparently was just a lie to have our money without giving us any services! We were searching for a place with private parking which was the most important option for us, they emphasized that they have it confidently.. we arrived there and they said easily the parking is full and they cant do anything and refusing to refund us for the mistake they did...wasting our time and money...not even a simple apology...I am so sorry that these kind of people still can have their business with 0 responsibility towards the services they offered, just to take the money!

    Stayed here July 2nd - 7th & paid €185 for a single bedroom with private bathroom.Room 105 was small but perfectly functiona. Rooms are cleaned daily with towel and sheet changes every 3rd day unless you request additional changes. There is a small patio area on the rooftop to relax also. The luggage room is secure especially if you have an evening flight & don't want to carry a case with you all day.Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel on reception from extra pillows, sorting out departure taxi etc.Great budget friendly, centrally located lodging.

    A good value budget guest house very close to the hear of the old town

    I stayed here for 4 nights in a twin room with a shared bathroom. The airport bus takes around 30 mins to get to town and you get off at Prada 're San Sebastion and it's a 10 min walk from there.The staff were excellent and communicated really well leading up to my stay with them. It's on 2 floors and in a beautifully old building with a small central courtyard. My room was very simple and cleaned daily. I really loved the location as it less than 10 mins to get to plaza de espania and also the old town.The shared bathroom was really clean and cleaned daily. The only thing i will say is that it's worth bringing ear plugs as people come and go at different times and the walls are not that thick to stop noise.I thought it was a really good stay, comfortable and a great location, so lots more positive than negatives!A loot of the guest houses are located down beautiful alleyways, so there will always be noise!I would def stay with them again.

    Had a very pleasant experience in the short time I was there. Nice staff nice and clean rooms. The disadvantage is that there is no breakfast, you have to take it a bit around the corner. When I was going by bus and had the time, I took a walk to the bus station and got to see very nice people on the way.
