    Great place to stay. Super convenient location, affordable price and super friendly and helpful staff especially Julia! Loved the view from the terrazzoa. Small but centrally located. Highly recommended.

    I travelled to Seville whit my wife.The Pension Perez Montilla was perfect for our needs: sleep and visit the City.It is an economic B&B, our small room had a private bathroom with shower.The sound insulation of the rooms is poor, so if you have a noisy neighbor is a problem.It is possible reach by walk the main attractions of Seville:1,5 km to Plaza de Espagna1,5 km to the city centre2,0 km to the Cathedral1,5 km to the nearest bus stop for the Airport (Av. Carlos V)The owner Leo was very pretty, the last day, after our check-out, it was possible to leave our luggages in a deposit until 5PM when we took the bus to the airport.Economic B&B, recommended for young couples.

    I am disappointed at this hotel who show no empathy when I had to cancel my trip to Sevilla for reasons that were out of my control. I was given a 1 year voucher however there is no chance I can travel to Sevilla in the coming 12 months. This is unfair and I should get my money back. Avoid this hotel or if you book a room there, take a cancellation insurance.

    I guess you get what you pay for and this is undoubtedly much more hostel than hotel. It is a collection of very simple rooms.     Small room but strategical located, 10 mins by walk from Alcazar and Catedral, located on a quiet area full of tipical restaurants and shops, good for a brief staying in Sevilla. 10 mins as well from bus stop to and from the Airport (near Avenida Carlos V).
