    DISASTROUS, IT LEFT US STRANDED

    We had a reservation for 5 rooms and I spent all afternoon calling and they didn't pick up the phone. They left us stranded in Ecija, we had to look for another place to sleep at 9:30 p.m.TOTALLY AWESOME.Without further explanations. They don't answer my phone.     The worst experience we have ever had.The chair in the door because it didn't have a lock on the inside.Very friendly staff. HoweverYou have to ask at the gas station for the room, which they don't tell you and we were lost asking.The bar next door smells like fritanga, which goes up to the room, which is clean.     The rooms are simple but ok. The bathrooms are relatively new. Located at the entrance of town near the city centre. There is parking space available. The personnel is friendly and there is a typical spanish bar/ restaurant under the hotel. Price is low and the wifi is fast. So what more could you ask for? Yes it is a bit noisy, old fashioned and the air conditioning didn't work. But nevertheless a good choice for a night on the road.
