This pleasant hotel is situated in the heart of Seville, only steps from the Cathedral, City Hall and La Giralda. Surrounding the hotel are numerous shops, boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel is well situated for access to the public transport network, which is only 50 metres away. The hotel is situated approximately 15 km from Seville Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 57 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     The hotel room was nice and clean-ish,we found a few hairs in the bathroom and some dust on the furnitureMattress was confortable,i booked a double room but received a twin witch for a couple is not great,the bigest downside was that the beds were on wheels and the bed was moving, i did woke up one morning with a big gab between me and my partner and one pilow on the floor as the bed moved so far from the heaboard and even when resting in bed I had to constantly get up and push the bed back so maybe the hotel can work on that,the wheels could have breaks on but overall I enjoyed the stay ,we spent most of the day exploring Seville

    The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and other attractions nearby. The area is lively and fun. Cathedral and Alcazar Palace are nearby. The room itself was nice overall. My only issue was with the shower design — the glass door only covers half of the shower area, so water easily splashes onto the floor, which was a bit irritating. I believe this setup is fairly common in Europe. Aside from that, I had no other issues with the hotel.     This is a fantastic hotel. It has a couple of local quirks for the English taste, but it is clean comfortable and the staff are fantastic. What you cannot beat is the location.     Great central location in Sevilla. Very near to Cathedral.Rooms very clean and pillows nice and soft, and a comfortable bed.Newer style bathrooms.
