Location

28 rooms, including single rooms and 27 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Very good hotel. Friendly reception. Clean rooms. Nice bathroom and spacious bedroom with a safe in the closet. The breakfast is extensive with very good coffee. The center is a 15-minute walk away with the famous parasol.     Nice hotel, close to the main spots. The staff are very friendly, from reception to housekeeping. The double room was good for the price, and the breakfast is worth it with plenty of choice.     A cozy, homely 3-star hotel with staff better than the 3 stars

    In many ways, the hotel is a three star one, but the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff are worth more than 3 stars.You can see it's a 3-star hotel in that for example the room didn't have that many amenities and the soundproofing wasn't the best. On the other hand, the room was comfy and homely, and perhaps some of these "imperfections" only added to the homely feeling. Loved having a bath tub in the room.The location is good for someone who wants to stay in a little bit more quiet area but still a walking distance away from the attractions. Close to bus stops too if you want to take a bus instead.Breakfast was something to be expected from a 3-star hotel, so again nothing super special, but there was enough variation to keep it interesting for many mornings.All in all, really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend!     Awful experience with Colectia Hotel. Booked various rooms through booking.com with the proviso that i could cancel until 2 days before. When I cancelled 2 weeks prior, they charged me for 3 of the 6 rooms. Upon speaking with them they were incredibly unhelpful and just showed no flexibility and kept saying the rules are different when booking 1 room to 6 rooms which was never mentioned. The hotel itself is clean but very basic and isn't worth the money. I would recommend not staying here.
