    A reasonable alternative to a downtown hotel

    The modern building in Alcala de Guidara near Seville consists of two floors. We were given a room on the second floor with a balcony as requested. Free parking in the street was possible (between two barriers). One surprising impracticality in a new building was the location of the key slot behind the door.Our room was large and bright. We had chosen a king-size bed which proved to be comfortable. Unfortunately, the nightstands did not offer sufficient storage room.There was a minibar but no kettle. The modern bathroom offered a large shower but the glass bathroom door in the vicinity of the bed did not close tightly.A very good breakfast was offered in a restaurant in a nearby building.It is recommended to go to Seville by metro to avoid the hassle of finding a parking lot downtown. Free parking is available near the Condequinto metro station, located approximately 2 km from the hotel.

    Beautiful suite and warm welcome

    Ideal location for getting into Seville, park and ride is only 4 mins drive. The junior suites are beautiful, very large, beautiful bed linen and very comfortable beds. The welcome was warm, friendly and very helpful with information on how to get into Seville. There is no restaurant on site and we had a very poor experience in the restaurant next door. Things that are missing or could be improved - no wine or water glasses, no corkscrew, no cushions on the sofa on the terrace, no cushions on the sun loungers. However, I would definitely recommend if you do not want to drive in Seville.

    Friendly, modern and clean hotel with easy access to city centre

    We chose this hotel because we wanted to avoid the stress of driving hire cars through tiny cobbled city centre streets to try and find hotels tucked down back alleys. Our strategy instead was to get a hotel near a major road and the metro so we could go in each day.This is a great place, very modern with extremely friendly staff. Esotero (apologies if we spelled your name wrong!) helped us out a lot with good recommendations for bars and places to eat. The rooms are luxurious and well air-conditioned, much appreciated after a hot day walking around Seville. Breakfast is in an adjoining very nicely appointed restaurant. Overall highly recommended.

    Terrible noise of wind, deserted place

    The room is comfortabel but this was completely overshadowed by the noise of te wind that was fluting around. With only windforce 4-5 . We could not sleep. If you want to go to a restaurant you will have to take a car as there is nothing nearby. So we do not recommend

    Family Stay away from City's razzle / dazzle

    What we liked:1. We are a family of four with a 84 year old mother and wife with walking disability. We always look for properties that support old, aged and disabled. Also, since as a family, we would like to stay together, look for a single room with four beds. We feel so happy to have found this property and enjoyed the stay. 2. As the name suggests, its a suite with a Queen Bed and a Sofa Bed, clean rest room, a green verandah / balcony to stretch and feel your feet on grass - artificial though and a small kitchenette to prepare your own food.3. A small convenience store to support your self made cooking in the kitchenette 4. As I often quote and write, property is an infrastructure and its the people who support make the difference and here we found warm, smiling and hospitable people at the front office - M/S Paloma, Mr. Fernandez and the other Lady. They run that extra mile to make you comfortable, meeting your demands. 5. Has a restaurant to support.What could be improved:1. Since this is outside city, there could be a free shuttle service to the nearby Metro- Monty Quinto. 2. along with kettle, tea, coffee, milk / creme could be supplied.3. To support physically disabled, wheel chairs could be provided, atleast one / two could be kept.
