    Raul is amazing

    My wife and I stayed at the Sevilla Apartments for 2 nights. The rooms were clean, nicely sized, and comfortable for two people. But Raul, the manager who greeted us, was the best manager I have encountered in all my travels. He was warm and, while very busy, spent time with me showing me the map. He sent excellent recommendations via WhatsApp for food and things to do. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. He was available by WhatsApp to answer questions in real time. The hotel apartments are very good, but Raul made it an extraordinary experience. I don’t usually write reviews like this but I was so impressed.

    Great location, Beautiful room, roof top patio was a definite plus! Raul’s enthusiasm and welcoming nature was wonderful and refreshing! We would definitely recommend to others and hope to return one day.

    We arrived in Seville early April and we were a bit stressed and late to check in. Raul is an absolute gem who could not have been more helpful and kind to us. He organised transport to the apartments and met us with kindness- well after he should have left for the day! The apartments are so lovely and quiet and in the perfect position - views over the cathedral and close to the centre of the old town. We could not have loved our stay more! Thank you Raul for going above and beyond!

    The location is very central, only a few minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Also adjacent to Plaza Nueva and a taxi rank. We took a taxi from the airport and arrived fairly late, but information to access the building was sent to us via WhatsApp.We booked a Standard Apartment, although calling it an apartment was a bit of a stretch. We had a large, clean bedroom with a comfortable bed, a shower room, a small kitchenette area with breakfast bar and a table and chairs on an internal courtyard balcony. There was no sofa or wardrobe/closet, just an open hanging area with very little storage space. The room was very quiet.There was rarely anyone at reception, although if you needed anything you could send a WhatsApp message, which was answered promptly. Unfortunately there were people smoking inside the building on a couple of occasions, making our internal balcony unusable and no-one around to do anything about it.Room cleaning was available every day if required and we were also able to arrange a taxi back to the airport.There are a couple of supermarkets nearby, and no shortage of cafes, tapas bars and restaurants.

    Great place for a couple of nights

    We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. We arrived quite late but the check in was easy with all the details we needed being sent to us in the morning. The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to the cathedral and many places to eat out plus there is a supermarket just over the street which opens 10am - 10pm every day of the week. We booked a superior one bedroom apartment and were disappointed to find this ment it was one large room with a bathroom, not the separate bedroom I had expected. The bed was very large and very comfortable though there really was very little storage for clothes ( or anything else) . The kitchen area was pretty basic but we did have a table and chairs plus a sofa. The apartment stated it was suitable for 4 people (there were 2 of us) but really wasn't. There was work going on in the street outside but I wouldn't let that put you off going there it really didn't bother us at all.
