  Nothing special for the price paid and room faced a wall so very dark inside

  This hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to main attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is an amazing roof top bar with fantastic views over the city and the cocktails were reasonably priced and lovely. Clean rooms and in the bathroom were free sample of Clarins which was a nice touch.I thought the hotel was overpriced for the room we were given. The room was very small and the window literally faced a wall so not much natural light. The only place to sit in the room was the bed as the chairs were squashed against the wall due to limited space. We arrived late at night so did not notice the view immediately. I did complain to the manager and he offered to move us but it was not worth it due to our length of stay.Warning, if you want a view make sure you book the appropriate room and not the basic doubles. The corridors are long a narrow so noise from other guests travels along and echos.The breakfast was nice enough with a reasonable variety of options but not as good as other hotels in this class. Overall it was a nice place to stay but nothing special and the room was a disappointment.   Not worth the money

  Lovely hotel and great location but overpriced, stingy, and poorly- run services. We were told we could order breakfast a la carte instead of pricey buffet but were charged full amount (22 euros) for a coffee and croissant. Booked rooftop hotel restaurant at front desk and were told we had no reservation when we arrived. Plus they charge extra per person for tables wirh a view!! Final insult: They charge guests 2.50 Euros for bottled water in room when every other place we stayed in provides it free! Pretty stingy considering the hefty price you pay for this place.   Great Hotel - Excellent!!

  the hotel located in great place, easy to come by car. you need to stop with your car in front of the hotel in the yellow area - and then the hotel will take your car to their parking (closed area for ones that one to keep luggage in the car) - it will cost you 25 Euro per day - A little expensive in my opinion and there should be a discount for hotel guests compared to prices in the area. The hotel is amazing in its beauty, the rooms are excellent, and the patience and service were at the highest possible level.   The hotel has a great location in the old town, close to the Cathedral and lots of good bars and restaurants. It’s a former Merchant’s palace with beautifully decorated atriums and a sense of historic Seville.Our room was spacious and traditionally furnished, with a large comfortable bed and a good shower.The rooftop bar/restaurant has amazing views of the Cathedral and was a great spot for a drink in the April sun (or shade). We also had dinner one evening and would highly recommend the food and ambience, the Cathedral is even more stunning when lit up at night.Special mention to Laura, on the rooftop, who was charming, but generally all the staff were very friendly and polite.

  What a lovely hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, right in the middle of the old town and after taking the bus from the airport to round the corner from the hotel, we didn't need to use any form of transport as everything is within walking distance. The breakfasts at the hotel were brilliant and the bar / restaurant on the top floor was a nice place to chill for a bit after a busy day walking about. Seville is a lovely city to visit and we would stay at this hotel if we went back.
