  AVOID AVOID AND AVOID!

  Very poor value. Rooms tired. Aircon is a fail. Rooms like ovens as the sun beats through a floor to ceiling glass wall! Why does the Aircon not work effectively? Oven like temperatures 24/7. Fridge is tiny and does not cool sufficiently. Very dated vibe. Staff indifferent and don't care.aVoid .

  Our second stay and standards have fallen. Rooms are now dated tired and need REFURBED.. Tv has no streaming. Fridge is small and barely cools. Furnishing dated. Aircon was centrally controlled and ineffective in mid twenties. Night time was stifling hot and sleep was challenging. By contrast the reception area where staff worked was very nicely chilled. Staff average. No real effort ;very perfuntory. Breakfast was very bland and average at best. Great location and so much potential but under investment and penny pinching compromise the guest experience. Better value elsewhere. We will not stay again

  Stayed here for one night in June for the England game and what a very nice hotel, booked it not expecting to much tbh so was very pleased with the staff, room and especially the breakfast……didn’t take my trunks but the pool area looked good.Highly recommend

  Nice hotel, great value. If you have mobility issues, be prepared, ADA is not American, ramps are steep, elevator small. The staff allow us to leave my wife electric wheelchair in the business area all night to charge. The included breakfast was excellent based on European and American standards. We chose to eat out doors by pool, when a restaurant staff member saw me getting my 2nd cup of coffe she brought me a pot of coffee. Everyone in staff was great, especially Carmelo. He was a jack of all trades. He seemed to magically appear whenever you needed him. I would stay here again if I go back to Spain.

  The Worst Western complete with ejaculation stain

  Seeing one of the “4 stars” had been scratched off at the entrance (no doubt by someone who had the misfortune of saying there) was a clue. This hotel would struggle to pass for a 3 star.My bedroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen, complete with what I can only assume is an *ejaculation stain* on the curtain by the bed. See photo. The bed was insanely small, the wallpaper was peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom wall.The whole hotel is beyond tired and faded. The gym is a cupboard with the oldest equipment I’ve seen, and it didn’t open until 9am so good luck if you’re on a work trip like me.
