    The price for one night here is unrealistically high considering the experience. The bed was uncomfortable, and whenever you flushed the toilet, it was honestly quite scary — it was so loud that it sounded like the whole floor was shaking. We could literally hear it throughout the room.I was also very disappointed when we went to the pool and discovered that a wedding was taking place in the exact same area. I think this could have been organised better, as it was an uncomfortable situation for both hotel guests and the wedding guests.Sadly, the pool water was also extremely cold, so it was impossible to properly swim or enjoy the pool, even though the outside temperature was around 29–30°C. The pool was actually the main attraction for us, so we ended up choosing to go to the beach instead.Overall, considering the high price per night, we expected a much better experience and were quite disappointed.     I have stayed at the Grand Hotel Don Jaime for a business conference. The place is really a very nice, elegant hotel with excellent staff and very nice food, which was absolutely not overpriced. During the conference we had four lunches and four dinners, with a very good variety and plenty of options. The BBQ was superb.Rooms were very clean and spacious and reception staff very polite and friendly. Unfortunately I have to confirm that despite having checked on online it took a long time to get the room keys. If you arrive with a large group it is definitely going to be a long wait.It . The hotel is quite far from the beach and walking back the hill is really steep. It is pretty clear that the hotel is better suited for business meetings or large ceremonies, but overall an excellent experience!

    One of the worst hotels I’ve visited, rude staff, rooms with sewage odors and paper thin walls and windows, whole night disturbed. Complained and got moved to a known problem room. Staff acknowledged this room was a known problem. Made a written complaint and got absolutely nothing back

    Horrible place, it’s so far away from everything and up a huge hill. When to u eventually cross the motorway you end up in a horrible place full of morrocans and feel scared to be out and everything is way over priced. The hotel is so old fashioned the staff are rude and the rooms terrible tv has no sma tv so there is nothing to watch, there are no coffee facilities, the shower is a hand held over bath it’s quite honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed and for nearly £200 for 2 nights was a a complete rip off hated every minute of it do not book this area or this hotel it’s grim x
