  Our favourite hotel in Sitges

  Its been 7 years since our last trip to Sitges and as always we stayed at the Calipolis.Staff our very helpful and friendly and went out of their way when we wanted to change room (there was nothing wrong with the original room, we just wanted to be on a higher floor).There has been a lot of work completed in the hotel since our last visit and the newly designed bar area and reception look amazing.,As always the room was clean and tidy and was kept so on a daily basis by the amazing staff. Breakfast is not to be missed as there is an amazing selection to choose from and if you are a fish lover, you defiantly need to check out the restaurant.This was our first time in trying room service and the food was as good as it was in the restaurant and was good value for money,We are already planning a return trip for December.   3 night birthday stay

  I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday with my partner March 2025. Check in was easy enough and staff explained everything to us. We got to our room which was on a higher floor which was nice and we had a side sea room however as the hotel is right on the front we had a really good view of the beach/sea. The room itself was nice and had everything we needed as well the en-suite. Balcony was an ok size and bed lovely a comfortable and as it was a pretty quiet hotel we had no problems having a good nights sleep. There was also a fridge in the room! We used the bar for a drink on the day of my birthday which is a nice space and bar man was super friendly. The hotel is very contemporary with no fuss with a nice clean feel. As it was March the weather wasn’t the best and could get a little chilly so we didn’t use the pool area. However the pool and the area around it is very small but being so close to the beach I imagine most people use that. Nice hotel, would recommend.   Absolutely loved it here!

  I stayed here over the Christmas and NY holidays with my son. What an amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly as well as helpful. One lady remembered our names and room #. She was on top of anything we asked. The rooms are clean. The cleaning staff were swift. They'd come right when I'd step out. The location was perfect. Overall I can't rave enough about this place.   AVOID all cost. Greedy and don’t care for guests

  Booked a Christmas break at this hotel for a week . All sounded lovely on the reviews. But when we arrived the hotel was getting a full renovation of the public areas. Sound of Jack hammers all day long. And an overwhelming smell of sewage YES sewage in the public areas,restaurant, bar and bedrooms. We were never made aware of the extensive renovation works as we would have booked another hotel. The lack luster approach of the reception staff and management to deal with the situation leaves a lot to be desired. AVOID at all cost very stressful and not at all what was advertised.
