Clean, with lovely pool, avoid the dinner menu at all costs

The pool and pool area is very nice and well appointed. Could do with a bit of music to create a bit of atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bedding. Housekeeping staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast is quite varied, it offers a cooked buffet, cold buffet, fruit salad,, coffee, juice and prosecco, with pastries to finish. In my opinion and the opinion of the people I met there, avoid the evening set menu at all costs, my cod was raw, soup cold, bones in my rice, food was generally not very hot and plates were always cold. Based on value for money, location and cleanliness I would give it 5 stars, but the food lets things down badly.

Amazing experience! Buffet breakfast was delicious and Isabelle on the front desk is super happy and helpful. She even helped me surprise my wife with earrings ;)

A relaxing stay near the beach

I usually give good reviews to the hotels I stay in and rarely leave comments, but on this occasion, I felt it was worth sharing my experience.The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the city centre, in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach. The location offers both convenience and relaxation.The room was satisfactory overall, although it overlooked the street. I also found that some amenities typically expected from a four-star hotel were missing, which was a bit disappointing.All the food tasted good and was nicely presented. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Dinner was served by waiters, and the service was mixed. During our stay, we were attended by three different waiters, two women and one man. Two of them were friendly, polite, and always smiling, which made for a pleasant dining experience. However, one of the waitresses left a negative impression on us, as she was rude, loud, bossy with guests and, at times, inappropriately cheeky.In general, the hotel has great potential and, with some improvements could easily offer an excellent experience.

I stay at this hotel every year, and it always feels like coming home. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I need. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the rooms are comfortable nicely . Highly recommended!

Slightly disappointing stay but still fresh food and comfortable stay.

Although I ultimately look back at my stay as being mainly positive, I must admit there were a few issues that affected my stay so would advise to take these into account before booking.Positives were that most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and happy to speak English when they could which was appreciated. The view from my room was nice, and the food was fresh and regularly replenished, special mention for the breakfasts especially the unlimited hot drinks and pastries.Negatives were that my room was not clean enough at all, especially under the bed, behind the bedsides and behind toilet and sink. I was disappointed that a buffet was not provided for all dinners (only alternate evenings, with the other days having a limited menu) and only the limited menu for lunches. I was disappointed that there wasn't an option to add on unlimited drinks to my package as it was annoying having to pay separately for drinks. Although the listing stated the pool wasn't heated during my stay, the temperature was far too cold to use which was a shame. Lastly, the toast machine was very temperamental so I feel needs replacing.
